On the 7th of Feburary a claim was made by a caller to radio program entitled "Coast to Coast". The caller claimed that he shoot a bigfoot near Mt. Saint Helens which is located in Washington State. He further told the narrator of the show that he was illegaliy hunting bears when this shooting occured. The narrator asked him if this shooting was done itentionally and he replied it was. After the shooting he approached BF and upon doing so, the creature who was lying on the ground got up and retreated into the surrounding underbrush.
Am I the only one to here about this?

I don't listen to that show.
It reminds me of a "National Inquirer" of the air waves.

Didn't hear that one. - i love C2C it's entertaining and you just have to crack up at half the guests and callers. hey it is what it is.
i did the premium thing so i can downloads the shows i might be interested (crypto, ufos, chupacabra etc.) and listen during the day with no commercials. then i keep all the good ones, put them on the ol' ipod

Yes... I happened to be going in to work early at 2am that morning and heard that call. I think while the caller thought he was being taken seriously... the host was just pacifying the caller and letting him make himself look stupid.
I like George... some pretty odd stuff on there, but over all, he seems pretty level headed.

Interesting... Considering that most of the area around Mt. St. Helens is closed to the public for the following reasons...
*Many trails and land is closed for the Winter.
*Many trails and lands closed because the mountain has been in a constant state of eruption since October.
But then, the caller did admit to being a poacher. Them people have no respect for rules. Too bad the sasquatch didn't give as good as it got.

You can still access a lot of the land up by mt. st. helens, its not closed off due to the activity of the mountain. Its closed off becuase most of the land up there is owned by wyherhueser and is gated off so that people can't vandalize their euipment. Most of the roads tend to open up in the fall for hunting season.
