Credible reported sighting of three creatures near the lake recently, swiming in the water. Report taken by Thomas Steenburg....that's all I have for now.

Swimming! From an island to the shoreline. They were then observed walking up the beach to the tree line by a husband and wife who were house boating!
Haven't had a chance to talk to Thomas about any details as of yet.
Thanks to the Bushman for the heads-up!

3 Swimming Squatches in Harrison Lake

I live only a short distance away from Harrison Lake. We are planning to thoroughly check this country out for any sign of Sasquatch come the summer.
It might be of interest to you that Bigfoot/Sasquatch investigator Thomas Steenburg said to me last week while he was at my home that he had recently received two reports of Sasquatch sightings from the country around the middle Harrison Lake.
One involved a logger spotting a Sasquatch standing in the middle of a small creek while he was driving over a wooden bridge in towards Port Douglas. The other involved two witnesses reporting that they had seen three Sasquatches coming out of Harrison Lake on to a beach after apparently swimming a good distance across open water. The witnesses reported that two larger Sasquatches quickly made their up the beach and into the forest after leaving the water. However, the smaller of the three was actually seen stopping about halfway up the beach and shaking off water much like a dog would do.

(And then a follow-up post…)
Hi Graybeard,

Your assumption is exactly right.
The animal described by the witnesses that was thought to be a Sasquatch remained standing on its own two feet while it shook the water off itself like a dog or bear would do while they remained on their four feet.
As far as I know, seeing a Bigfoot/Sasquatch shaking the water off itself has never been described by any witness before.
I'd also like to add that the witnesses (a man and woman) were in a large cabin-style boat at the time of their sighting. When interviewed apart from each other at separate times, they both described seeing precisely the same thing.

Can't wait to hear what Thomas has to say.... smile.gif

Breast stroke or crawl?

Sounds like an intriguing report- looking forward to the details.

From what I understand they are very proficient swimmers. One of my all time favorite reports is the one from the fishing guide with some customers out in a boat late at night. It seems just as he is telling them about some encounters he's had in that same area one of the men hooks one in the shoulder that had been swimming underneath the water. The entire report is here:

WOW!! I hadnt read that one. Gave me the chills. I like the fact that the guy who reported it says he'll show anybody where it happened, give names etc. Seems very credible to me.

BF has been seen swimming the waters of Cape Cod in MA, ostensibly to get across the Cape Cod Canal from the mainland to the Cape, or to the offshore islands like Martha's Vinyard. LOTs of woods on Matha's.
PGH
Two Bigfoot, ( Bigfeet???..... No wait that would be four bigfeet, but only two creatures...), were allegedly seen swimming twenty-some miles off the coast of Florida in the gulf of Mexico...

That was probably a manatee, or maybe this guy..
