I would recommend checking the Oregon state section of the BFRO data base.

A second option would be the Oregon Bigfoot.com website.

Edit: Amother option would be to seek out the active BF researchers in Oregon (I am not one). They tend to keep their ears to the tracks and hear about sightings quite soon after they occur.
