hi everyone there is a small histery of sasquatch encounters in connecticut forests over the years. i just seems to me that people that go in the forests of connecticut dont pay much attention to animal tracks in forests paths when they should. at least nesra & other connecticut sasquatch researchers here in this great forum try to keep track of any footprints or sasquatch encounters new or old and pay attention to the latesest research in connecticut. thanks bill smile.gif
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi scooter72 good evening so have you heard of any rumers of sasquatch encounters yet in connecticut. are you going in the connecticut forests that might have sasquatch actvity this weekend. i figure becouse of all this heavy rains in connecticut it might be easier to find sasquatch footprints on muddy paths in connecticut woods. i might go in my woods on monday to look for evidence with my camera. i hope you still bring your camera in connecticut forests. hi nesra researchers i would like to see a full write up report of the winsted ct sasquatch expeditions with the photos etc. email me sometime. thanks bill ct sasquatch researcher. new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif :bf:
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone no new sasquatch activity in connecticut yet. i wonder if nesra or other new england researchers here went on expeditions last weekend in connecticut forests or near it. thanks bill. always have your camera you know when you will catch a gilmpse of a sasquatch creature. i hope nesra researchers keep us posted as well of future expeditions in ct forests. smile.gif
scooter72
Nothing new yet, Bill. Hunting season is here and I am in the woods almost every day. Will keep you up to date on my findings if any. I still think I live in too populated an area.
I suspect one of the reasons I have not had any luck is because of the fact that it is hunting season; (gunfire, dogs, people, etc)
Talk to you soon.
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi scooter72 good morning your welcome for the reply. nothing about sasquatch is happening near my side of connecticut forests yet. but i always have my camera. i wonder if nesra found any new evidence the winsted wildman aka sasquatch in connecticut. thanks bill smile.gif
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi jvd bwillard & david thomas king those are great photos of winsted ct area forests posted in the nesra forum. i hope you all post more photos of the possible sasquatch evidence found on the winsted ct nesra sasquatch expedition. i hope you all do follow up research up there in winsted ct forests. the forests around winsted ct have not changed at all. but im suprised hunters or hikers etc are not reporting seeing a possible sasquatch creature or footprints or structures. please keep me DEFINETLY informed ok. thanks bill smile.gif im glad the winsted ct sasquatch nesra expedition was a great success.

Congratulations Bill! You have had 20,000 views of your thread about your CT bigfoot sighting! new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi jayleed good evening your very welcome for the reply. i hope many more new & old researchers continue to post in this thread. and maybe people in this forum will start finding sasquatch evidence in connecticut forests and take photos and post them here. im realy looking forward on that. sidenote jaylees did you go in arkansas forests and swamps etc today to look for evidence. remember everyone always have a camera you catch a gilmpse of a sasquatch or a footprints or glowing eyes etc in the connecticut forests. thanks bill smile.gif smile.gif please keep in touch ok. i might go in my local woods next week with my camera to look for sasquatch evidence.
JayleeD
As a matter of fact Bill, yes I did spend the day in the woods here in AR. Getting ready for hunting season in 2 weeks and I was scouting some new land that we leased. I didn't see anything bf related but did find some trails that the deer are taking right behind my house that I wasn't aware of. I also had a timber rattler make me high-step around noon today. Thank goodness that it was cool enough and he was a bit sluggish.
He was laid out beside a big pine log that had fallen across the trail. I'm glad I remembered what my Daddy taught me, and didn't step across the log before I looked around it for a snake. He went his way and I went VERY far the other way.

There are so many people in the woods around here. I wouldn't be surprised to be getting a few bf reports in the next few months during hunting season. I'll keep you posted on anything I hear about.
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi jayleed your welcome for the informative post. yes keep me posted ok. bill. sidenote what happened to the chatroom here no one ever goes there anymore maybe you have think of what time all researchers should be there.
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone i got a big suprise in today mail . a rhode island sasquatch researcher sent me a bunch of old connecticut bigfoot articles about sightings etc they realy helped me with my research into the sasquatch pheanomena. i hope there is more rhode island sasquatch researchers out there in the field looking for sasquatch etc. and i hope there is a rhode island researchers in this great bigfoot forum. thanks bill smile.gif smile.gif please keep in touch ok.

hi everyone etc good morning whats new. its realy pouring rain & windy in connecticut this morning. maybe tommarrow after it over i might go in my local woods to look for possible sasquatch footprints & evidence with my trusty camera. i hope nesra researchers go in the woods tommarrow also becouse after heavy rains is when footprints can be found more clearly on muddy paths in connecticut forests bring a bucket of plaster in case you all find footprints tommarrow. thanks bill new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif please keep me & everyone here posted ok. :flagusa: :flagusa: :bf: by the way most of those articles sent to me by that rhode island sasquatch researcher in yesterday mail was from the bfro website. but they still helped me with my sasquatch research. im sure sasquatch activity will pick up in or around connecticut forests in time. biggrin.gif
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone i went in my local woods today & found 2 possible sasquatch footprints on a trail. 1 footprint was about 11inche long the other was about 14 inches long. i even tryed to do wood on wood responces but all i got a reply from a dog barking. i will be going in the woods next week sometime. i will keep you all posted ok. thanks bill smile.gif
billgreen2005bigfoot
i hope nesra researchers continue to look for sasquatch evidence such footprints bedding areas & bent trees etc in connecticut forests this weekend. thanks bill
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone good evening i think now that its getting colder weather in connecticut now sasquatch creatures will move on to warmer areas. but soon as the snows come to connecticut that means i will definetly will go in my woods to look for sasquatch footprints. what im trying to say is i will always go in my woods everyweek but once it snows it will be realy easier to find footprints on paths etc in the forests. im sure other researchers here will agree with me. i would like to see some good replys from nesra or sri or former bfro researchers about this ok. thanks bill smile.gif
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi nesra bfro & sri researchers i might go in my local woods sometime this week to look for sasquatch evidence with my camera but i think the creatures left the area im researching becouse to many people going in the woods plus winter snows are comeing and they will go to warmer areas like massachussets. my opinion. thanks bill smile.gif
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone good afternoon i was just the coasttocoast website just now there alot interesting stuff about cryptozoology animals in there today. plus a photo of a face starring inside a window which to me in my own opinion could be a sasquatch creature, thanks bill
caledon35
Bill, the main problem with that theory is the guys own quote:

"and the window is 30 feet off the ground, which rules out anyone actually standing behind the window watching us".

unfortunately!
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi caledon35 good evening when i saw the sasquatch i was looking out my window. it was a memorable experance for me. i go in my woods every week to look for evidence with my camera. please email me sometime ok. thanks bill smile.gif your welcome for the reply
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone nothing new about sasquatch in connecticut as of yet unless nesra or bfro are getting reports from my state from hunters that might have had not sure sasquatch encounters or caught a gilmpse of sasquatch. i hope david thomas king & nesra researchers went up to colebrook winsted ,ct forests but they should look in the burlington woods this week to look for possible sasquatch evidence just a idea. thanks bill smile.gif please keep me informed. i hope sri researchers decide to go on seperate field research trips in connecticut forests before snows come. snow is great news becouse it will be easier to find sasquatch footprints & evidence in the forests. have any researchers here heard of any rumered sasquatch activity resently if so i think i know becouse the creatures are on the move looking for more food resources for the winter months therefore they might be sighted by people more often hopefully. honest opinions please. :flagusa: :bf:
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone snow is starting to come to connecticut that means that researchers like myself & nesra bfro will be able find possible sasquatch footprints easier. thanks bill. i think the woods near greenlady cemetary in burlington,ct is great area for sasquatch creatures to prowl around for awhile. :flagusa: :bf:
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi everyone good morning no new sasquatch activity in connecticut as of yet. but maybe that will change once spring come around. i might go in my local woods next week sometime to look for sasquatch footprints etc. but i think the creatures that are in the woods left the area to go to warmer areas of connecticut maybe close to massachusset line. im sure nesra & bfro & sri will keep us posted of any future activity maybe even tbrc & gcbro as well. im sure hunters in connecticut forests will probley find possible sasquatch footprints or other signs of the creatures there. its only a matter a time we all get someone who caught a gilmpse of sasquatch to report to us here in this great forum. thanks bill . yes i always bring my camera with me in any woods when i look for sasquatch evidence. :flagusa:
billgreen2005bigfoot
hi sasquatch researchers etc good wintery morning wow its realy snowing in connecticut thats wonderful news for researchers becouse it easier to find sasquatch footprints on paths in forests. i hope certain nesra researchers find a good amount of sasquatch evidence today. i might even go in my local woods to look for sasquatch footprints today & tommarrow with my trusty camera of course. thanks bill p.s. i might even go in my local woods all week at times to look for evidence. i hope sri or nesra or bfro start getting reports of sasquatch from connecticut forests soon from hunters etc. i just hope if hunters spot one of the sasquatch creatures they dont hurt them. please keep me informed ok.. :flagusa: :flagusa:

Good Wintery Morning to you Bill. It stopped snowing here in PA, we have about 3 inches on the ground. Guess it's finally time to admit that winter is here to stay (WELL actually not until DEc. 21 I think).

Good Luck in your excursion Bill. Make sure that you are safe my friend.

hi everyone good evening as soon as it warm up a little in connecticut i will go into the forests of my areas of research with my camera to look for sasquatch footprints etc. no new sasquatch activity in connecticut forests yet i think its realy to cold for them . sasquatch creatures will probley go to the connecticut-massachussets border where there is caves and thicker underbrush to keep them warm. i might go out in my local woods next week to look around. i will keep you all posted ok. merry christmas bill smile.gif p.s. ive been seeing on the news lately increase sightings of black bears in connecticut forests etc they are probley being seen more becouse they looking for food resources etc & shelter. opinions please. :flagusa:
billgreen2005bigfoot

hi bill, have you ever researched the thompson connecticut area in n.e. conn? northeast conn is not far from some southern mass reports in bridgewater ma,stoughton ma,and is straight down from worcester county.there is an old railroad bed that runs straight from thompson conn to worcester ma.i have a friend who was turkey hunting in barre mass near quabbin reservoir which is extremely remote,he saw a squatch track while looking for turkey tracks. i could give full report by email. i get scoffed at about sasquatch in new england. i don't care what they think because i know my frind would not lie. 50 years hunting experience in the woods.he is very credible.there is lots of remote land in mass and conn .any other reports in conn or mass greatly appreciated.also ,awesome maps by roadrunner.nice work. davemcc65 lowell mass.

hi davemcc65 good evening thanks for the wonderful reply to me about the massachusets-connecticut sasquatch activity. yes ive looked in the thompson forests along time ago for sasquatch footprints. bridgewater,ma is a realy popular area for sasquatch activity becouse of the hockmock swamp area is realy huge and remote. or you can post your friend s sasquatch footprint report in this thread if you want too. there is alot researchers here from massachussets that help with info about massachussets sasquatch activity as well. i used to know a researcher who lived in bridgwater,ma i think his name joseph. keep us posted of any sightings. bill keep in touch ok. :new_thumbsupsmileyanim:

hi bill, that story goes as follows.in may of 2004 my friend neil was a guest in a group of hunters. they split into pairs early in the morning. neil was with his grandson walking along a farmers road between fields less than 2 miles from the paved road .it was just srarting to get light out. along these paths there were stone walls on each side. they came to a point where the path curved and sloped .there were puddles on the lower part of the path. the ground on the upper side was firmer so they walked along the upper side of the path. as they came to a curve they noticed scuff marks coming out of the field and across the road. as they didn't show much in the harder grond they showed more detail near the bottom of the trail where it was much wetter. the last print which was right next to a puddle was clear as day. a human like footprint. his first thought was, what the hell is someone walking out here in his barefeet, and in the cold and mud? it was a chilly morning. he had a strange feeling about it and wanted to mark the spot and return. his grandson didn't think anything of it and wanted to continue.they walked for another hour or so and didn't see anything unusual.in fact they didn't see any signs of any animals at all .he said he was looking for animal tracks but all he could think about was the footprint. after no signs of wildlife he decided to go back to to camp but told his grandson, we are going back to the spot with the footprint. when he got back to it the sun was straight up and very bright,he could see it much better. he noticed how deep it was, about 2 to 3 inches deep. with no tape measure or camera or anything to document this all he could do was line his boot next to it. he wore a size ten boot and the front end of his boot barely reached the base of the toes. the width was an inch or two wider than his boot .the toes were long like human fingers in length. he knew without a doubt this was not a human foot.he said it was so fresh he could see lines in it. it had to have been left that morning. he went on this trip in someone else's vehicle, had he had his own car he would have left and found some plaster to make a cast. upon returning to the group he told a couple of his buddies who promptly laughed. needless to say he didn't tell anyone else until he told me. he has been in the woods since he was six years old with his father and knows the tracks of all northeast woodland animals by sight, deer ,elk, turkey ,coyote, fox, bear etc.he knows this was none of the above and definitely not a person. the print was headed through a field that led down to a stream, across the stream was a hill that was heavily wooded. i have no reason to doubt his story,in fact it has fueled my search.it is the first report from someone i actually know personally.it gives me good reason to continue researching in central and south central mass.many people doubt it but i believe they are in new england. good luck bill in your future research. take care and keep your eyes open.d.m.
