It's the ass end of a beagle/hound. There's another pic of the dog that isn't show along with this one. The beagle/hound is in mid stride, with its back end up and tail in the air.

It does look like the south end of a north-bound canine now that you mention it.... LOL

It looks to be an old stuffed "Kanga" from Winnie the Pooh.
And why dig up a three-year old picture?

There is another intersting shot..
The eye glare about 10-12 feet off the ground.
No visible animals in shot to kick off the cam shot, but it did pick up a white dot as seen in this photo.

This is a layover of a day shot from the same exact location. Wish it werent cropped so high, but just enough there to see that there is open space where the glare occurs.

This is the shot I layed it over with.

I agree with Gael....looks like a spot on the lens to me, either that or something reflective stuck up on that branch, perhaps a water droplet. I don't see it on the daytime shot, but only on the nighttime one and the overlay.....

Real question to ask is...
1. What triggered the camera?
2. Coincidence that it is the right height for a bf?

Yep, and it's in the same place, relative to the tree limbs.

Eye glare? White spot? Are these the same things or two different things in the photo? I see the white spot, but don't see any eye glare.

Don't know about the spot - my conculusion about the first picture...the azz end of a hound. :wtf:

First pic... Yes, it's either the back end of a dog, or some sort of other four legged animal.
The second pic... Motion sensors can be set off by some weird things. I would be curious to know the weather and moon conditions that night, in that area. It could be something (water droplet) reflecting moonlight. It could also be an arboreal mammal triggering the sensor either by it's movement, or else by it's eyes reflecting moonlight. Could even be an owl doing the same thing.
The night time pics that make me go "Hmmm... Interesting", are when there is eye shine of some sort, or some sort of other vague effect, and there is also the silohette <sp?> of something like a large body blocking out the background. I don't see that here, though.

First I have to say I agree that there is no possible way to determine exactly what made the white spot on the picture.
Just think it is interesting for discussion.
Also, see the last two images on this page...
http://www.angelfire.com/tx5/eastexsteve/r...8/gamecam8.htmlThe first is the image from above...
In the second one notice that there is another white spot just to the right of the other image. Did it stand in one spot long enough for the camera to reset and take another when it moved again?

close up one
It could be the back end of a small breed of dog but the piece that is sticking almost straight up in the air at the top center of the close up looks like a pair of long ears to me. I think it might be a rabbit standing up on it's hind legs maybe sniffing the air or looking out for potential danger close by.
Tim the Enchanter: "It's the most horrid, cruel creature on the face of the earth!"
King Arthur: "What, behind the rabbit?"
Tim the Enchanter: "No, it is the rabbit."
Sir Robin: "You tit! I wet my armor over this!"

That's is quite ok my good toe man. I grew up Bobby, but generally go by Rob now. Although I have been called all kinds of things, Rob, Robert, Robere, Bob, Bobby, Bobert, Robby. So I wondered if some ghost from my past was haunting me.
