Wow! Great find. I wonder who funded this research? This work was done prior to the Skookum Cast.
I'm pretty sure this report was somehow associated with Peter Byrne's Bigfoot Research Project. I remember seeing a lot of references made to this report on the forums here, so you may want to do a Google search of this site using "glickman" to see those past discussions. The Invision search doesn't seem to pick up anything, but Google does. Good luck! 
Glickman did some good work, but I think some of it was flawed. 1,957 lbs for patty seems a bit hard to swallow. I believe it was released in June, 1998. He was trying to do a scientific paper and I think he tried to make it too complicated and messed up some of the facts. (IMO) It still makes many interesting points.
