Interesting just as any report.
But after reading the whole thing it makes me wonder if she or they had Bigfoot on the brain.
The whole time she did not want to classify it as a definite Bf sighting. What they saw was not distinct at all and even admit could not rule out possible human. The only thing they were certain of is

absolutely certain that it was bipedal, dark, tall, and fast.
Certainly fits a human. She admits the size may be off as it was dark and not very well illuminated; judging height is hard to do at night in poor lighting conditions.
My main gripe would be they they used the word "creature" instead of "subject". I don’t know what would make it a "creature". I am glad they labeled it a class B though and not a class A.
Now they said there was a good amount of stories and local knowledge of Bf in the area. I always wonder why folks that have such a vague sighting decide to contact a Bf org. especially if they admit they don’t want to consider it a BF. I guess the local knowledge and stories would prompt one to put into the possibility.
That also can mean that the person had Bigfoot on the brain BECAUSE of all the talk and sightings in the area. From my experience, "talk" of Bf in areas is not common and only falls within a VERY small group that knows each other. Not like you hear folks talking about it over breakfast at Denny’s or on the local radio. Then again I don’t know the area.
Now for my disclaimer.
I like it when folks put up a report for all to view. I like to critique all of them. It helps me to better learn what to ask or look for if I were doing my own follow up. I like to hear other people’s opinions about what they think or would have done differently. It all is for the learning experience. I don’t care if the XXXX or the XXX or the friggen XXX submitted the report. It’s always GOOD to pick at the bones in this field. Some folks learn a great deal about how others handle investigation, I know I do.
Now for those who get offended at others picking at reports.
KMA.
