JimF has decided to spend some time away from the forum. As I can fully appreciate, this place can be a time suck and has a way of distorting one's personal priorities. From time to time, it's a good idea for everyone to take a step back. I'd like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Jim for all the hard work he's put into helping run the site. I hope his leave is short!
Due to his leave, he will no longer be in the moderator's group. I feel that only active members can be moderators and Jim's absence necessitates this change. Again, I am grateful for the assistance Jim has provided during his tenure as a moderator, especially his contribution towards getting the chat room established.

JayleeD was recently moved into the moderators group. I have been remiss in not publicly announcing that until now (sorry, JD!). She's been an active and valued member since March of last year and her addition to the mod group will add a much needed perspective to the previously all boys club!
