Hmmmmmmm, so much for blowing the top off here, eh?
What was the "top" that was supposed to be blown off?
Belief or disbelief of BF can be an entirely seperate issue from the P-G film and Long. For the skeptical world the name of the man that wore the "Patty" suit is largely meaningless. Even the details of how it was pulled-off are trivial. Skeptics (who have resigned to BF being a myth) already "know" that the P-G film is a hoax. The book is meaningless in further showing that BF is a myth.
In general, the world doesn't care about Bigfoot or what Bigfooters have to say about it. A book about BF just ain't gonna be a big seller. It's possible that Bigfooters account for more sales than skeptics.
Now...if a body were found....a book that told of the details of the finding and the scientific details of the animal (based on the body) would be an immediate international best seller on all non-fiction lists.
