First off i apologize for making a post that isn't in any way condusive (sp?) to the search for BF but then again theres ones about the BF B movies.
I jsut bought Simpsons season 4 on dvd and was watching the Mr Plow episode. At one point during the news broadcast it cuts to "Fox filming a documentary on bigfoot" it shows a BF walking along (who looks alot like homer) and then it shows a close up and you hear a guy yell "cut, we can see your watch" I was laughing so hard after this especialy knowing Fox's history about its documentaries. Anyways very good laugh.

Don't foget in the first season when Homer bought a camper and then drove it off a cliff. He and bart went off to find help only to become naked and starving. After and encounter with bees and falling in the mud, he emerged all brown and yelling incoherently. Mistaken for bigfoot he was captured and studied by science. The tabloids reported Bigfoot's desire for pork chops.

And of course in season one, Homer was mistaken for Bigfoot. I believe the headline in the Skeptical Inquirer was "Bigfoot found! "He likes pork chops." says wife"

Yea the camping episode was a good one. But I just love the zing towards Fox and all thier "documentaries" that was in Mr Plow.

is there an episode number for the recent Simpson's show (last season, I presume) where people have pulled the images of bigfoot from?

The headline read: 'The Bigfoot Diet: Pork Chops A-Plenty'.

Jees, they switched the time of the new Simpson's here so I haven't watched all season, but there was a new Futurama where they had sasquatch. There's also an episode of the Simpsons where Bart and his friends make a group like the boyscouts, called "The Pre-Teen Braves" where they learn the ways of the Native Americans. One Native American tells them about how the land used to be, and it shows the earth all pritstine with cougars and rabbits playing together, and a sasquatch rolls a hoola-hoop from behind a tree. Just q couple seconds, but any time sas is on Simpsons is worthwhile to me.
