There is a Canadian Westcoast Indian that works an opposite shift to me here in Calgary and we got on the topic of his native Art which I'll post a link to, but in the conversation I had with Jeff Mcdougall we got onto Sasquatch and it relevance to his culture. He stated quite freely that many members of his family (but not himself) had sightings and that these were always treated as a spiritual encounters. They even have symbols for the Male and Female Bukwas that was used in Art in his Westcoast Indian culture growing up as a child.
Jeff also mentioned that he makes rings/braclets/pendant etc with the Bukwas symbols on them but I didn't find them on his website. I used to use that name as my handle in online games :-) No one ever know what he was lol. I do that a lot use rare Bigfoot names as my handle in games. Only one time I had someone say they know what it was. We had about a 10 min chat about the subject that night while playing.

I just go a list of Native names for them or soemthing and pick one to use as a handle. I used Bukwas for at least a year or so.

Now that's cool, flightmedic!

Update............I spoke to Jeff and he is e-mailing me a couple of J-Pegs of the male and female Bukwas and the minute I get it folks I'll post it.
