Yeah, it's not a great movie.

But it's still a part of my collection.

Agreed.

But look at the bright side, even if Primeval has a terrible plot there are still the scantily clad women to help make the movie a bit better. new_evil.gif

Yep, saw it for the first time this weekend on Scifi. Same review for me......terrible. When they were showing him lurking in the fog and brush, I thought it looked pretty decent, then they actually "showed" him and I thought "WTF?!?!". Apparently, Bigfoot is a large, muscular black man (very black man) wearing a fur vest and leggings. I give the movie a PP for Piss-Poor.

I had the misfortune of seeing the "Sasquatch" movie too. One of those monster movies where after ten minutes you realize that a happy ending would be for all the actors to be eaten by the monster and its extended family. What a crummy attempt at everything from special effects to script to plot. I especially hated the way they continually showed the "flashbacks" of memory instead of using two sentences of dialogue and the pointless infrared or nightvision or whatever it was that they apparently meant us to think is how Bigfoot sees the world. Of course this would explain the ancient mystery of "things that go 'bump' in the night"...it's Bigfoot walking into trees. biggrin.gif
And what was with the hairless leathery patches on Sas's forearms and legs? Mange? Vitamin deficiency? Some disease it caught from its dead people trophy cave?
I'd put the movie in the same category as the OLN "Mysterious Encounters" or whatever it's called...lots of completely pointless flashing lights and special camera filters and foreshadowing. Full of the sound and the fury, signifying nothing.
