Here is a link to a video my twelve year old son shot while our group was out researching a area were I found the tracks back in 2002. I am still waiting on a gentlemen who is going to do some work on the video. I am not claiming this is a bigfoot I have not a clue it looks like a hominid standing behind a tree a watching us. We did not know what we had until a couple days later when reviewing the tape and only reason the footage caught our eye was that my sone called me over to take a look he saw something move on the island I look at the time and did not see anything.

I hadn't seen this here before. I honestly cannot see what you are seeing. If it was there it is too camoflaged by the tree. Even if it was enhanced I don't think it would show much more. If there was something there it is just hiding too well.

I am glad you left open the fact that you don't KNOW it's a sasquatch...
I downloaded and reviewed the video, and what I think we are seeing is a wind gust off the river.
Often, very isolated and small "devils" of wind can form along river and lake shores, even if the overall day is dead calm. This happens as a result of the temperature difference between the water and the land...and the way the branches on the entire side of the tree seem to just sway, looks just like this to me. These form, and die out, in literaly seconds...sometimes making it look like something is in the trees. I have seen this often while fishing and hunting, and on occasion, have been fooled by the phenomenon myself!
I also could not see anything "solid" in the tree..even the area circled in your frame captures seems full of holes, through which light is showing.
If something large was hiding in their, even if it were in profile only or hidden behind the leaves, it should block out the light from coming through.
so..while I can't say for sure(I was not there), I have to guess it's simply a gust of wind moving the trees in a manner that caught your son's eye.
In no way am I implying this was purposfully claimed to be more than it is/may be..you did a great job in NOT making any strong claims...which again I think is the right way to do it.
So..one vote for wind in the trees.

Well I do not know about anyone else but I see what they are talking about in the video. No way to tell what it is as it is such a bad job of filming and way to long of a distance.
But yes something is peaking out from behind the tree looking at the camera.
Something that I feel is a little strange is how at first it looks like someone is just filming to be filming. You see them go along and them go back to the tree like they seen something. But then they go back to far and even go up into the sky some before going back down and going for the money shot of the thing sticking it's head out.
To me it looks like a obvious fake by some people trying to have a little fun after a few beers. They said hey lets make a film and send it to the Bigfoot people and see what they say. They do not need a suite because it is so far away and never in the open. They just happen to post it with no sound so we can not hear what was going on at the time like them laughing.
I know if I was filming something like this I would be fooling with zoom and focus full time trying to get it just right. They do mess with focus a little or it could have been auto focus but they did not zoom in or out at all. That right there makes me go hummm as I think it would be human nature to try to zoom in as much as they could as soon as they seen something. If it was already zoomed in I think they would have tried going back out a little to see if they could get it any clearer. But staying at the same zoom level just makes me think they wanted it far off so no one could really tell what it was they was looking at. They do the same things in movies, They zoom in some but not enough so that you can really see it when they do not have things set up for closeups.

So I do see "Something" But I would not even classified it as a Blobsquatch as no way at all to tell what it is behind the tree. My money is on a drunk friend.

Nothing conclusive.

Someday we need a REALLY CLEAR video/photo to analyse.

I don't think this clip is in any way intended to be a hoax. To make that assumption and assertion is just as bad as if someone had created it as a hoax. Seeing it from the actual tape, there is something there. You lose alot when it is put into a format and viewed with a monitor. What it is, not sure.

Ohhhh...I remember seeing this before. I'd have to say, totally inconclusive to me as well but I'd like to echo Redwolf in saying that I too appreciate the way you've presented it.
