i'd have to be the one person to warn against this,as i take this subject serious and will shoot on sight,no questions asked.a person dressed up as such is purely committing suicide in these parts and the body will be disposed of properly if such occurs,no reports made to any capacity anywhere. So Warning to the wise!dont do it,it will cost your sure disappearance completely,no lost sleep or guilt complex on my part..in other words dont be a dumb sob and mess with alot of us that take this subject seriously!i dont know about the rest of like minds out there, but im one of the most precise shots/shooters in the free world and i will shoot if provoked and a sure provacation is Seeing something hairy and not normal in the woods,im plaqued by nightmares by this thing since my first couple encounters and i intend to kill with extreme prejudice/not liking same at utmost hatred when i see same again(which i expect will be within the next month or so)..So,dont do it!leave your teenage games at home boys!this will certainly get you to the grave(well not there in truth if i encounter you,you will simply "disappear from existance""!!i wont say my experience, but you can say its enough "to where i know what the ones are that will be looking for your sorry dead ass")..DONT DRESS UP IN A MONKEY SUIT OR OTHERWISE,YOUr body will not BE FOUND,I PROMISE THAT IF YOU ENCOUNTER ME">>>>

Maybe you should switch to decaff? Personally, i think if someone is lucky or unlucky enough to take down a bigfoot then they wont be alive much longer; people who hunt bigfoot deserves what happens to them. Also, how many stories are there of people shooting a bigfoot only to have it run off anyway? As for shooting a prankster and disposing of the body...well good luck with the insanity defense at trial. The way your post is phrased, makes it seem like you're going to shoot and try to kill anything that you see moving in the woods...just hope you dont encounter someone with a similar mindset.

RE: Your nightmares.

You'll get over them. I went through 20 years of these things, till I finally reached clarity about 4 years ago.

One night you'll be dreaming about BF, and you'll suddenly realize he's just an undiscovered animal, and instead of cowering from him in your dreams like he's some flesh-slavering "bogeyman", you'll suddenly find yourself chasing after him like Hawkeye after that elk from the beginning of "Last of the Mohicans" biggrin.gif

When you can do this in your subconscious, you can DEFINATELY do it in the real world.

Give that monkey Hell! new_evil2.gif

Anyone that trys to pull off a prank such as dressing in a bigfoot costume and prancing around in the woods is asking for it. Accidents could easily happen and after someone shoots all the I'm sorries won't take it back.
Talking about shooting someone simply for pulling off a prank is pure insanity. As ignorant as a person doing this may seem...killing them about it..come on. That is just pure insanity. If accident did happen I would be very remorseful it happened ,but I was an accident, but purposely killing another human being because they were acting foolish. You've certainly got more issues than a prankster.

rlbigfoothunter,

Have you ever considered professional help? Medical and/or legal?
SkunkHunter
Do you know DOC?

I am glad you posted what you did. May come in handy as evidence against you if you do in fact murder someone. Mistaken identity is one thing. Disposing the body is another.

And what, may I ask, would you know about normal? I can't begin to say how very scary you are. Your whole posts just makes chills run down my spine. Do us all a favor and fill us in on where you're located. Normal people like the rest of us need to be on the lookout for gun toting, trigger-happy, Billy bad-asses like you. dry.gif

rlbigfoothunter,

On the off chance that your mind retains some clarity, let’s look at and assess a few of your statements.

“Disposed of properly.” Since when is hiding a body following murder/manslaughter the appropriate way to “dispose” of a corpse? You’re asking for serious trouble.

“No lost sleep.” Anyone who claims that killing another human under any circumstances would have no emotional impact is either a liar, a bored teenager having some Internet fun, or a sociopath.

“(D)ont be a dumb sob and mess with alot of us that take this subject seriously!” No one dressing in something you would interpret as a costume is doing so to “mess with” you. Are you going stand over the body of a hunter in a ghillie suit and scream at him, “I warned you not to mess with me!”? Furthermore, I seriously doubt that “alot” of people exist who think like you. Your contention that people who “take this subject seriously” would condone or emulate your proposed behavior is gravely misguided.

Saying that you’ll “shoot if provoked” is a ridiculous perversion of a legal term, IMO. I’m no lawyer, but it’s obvious you aren’t either. Good luck convincing a jury that “seeing something hairy” in the woods constitutes justifiable provocation for murder. You better hope I’m not on that jury. Oh, I forgot; you’re too smart to get caught.

“im plaqued by nightmares.” I’ve spoken with other people who had nightmares after seeing a sasquatch. You’ll get over them. Your RESPONSE to a frightening encounter with an animal should not be blamed on the animal. I once had a scary close encounter with a bear. I was on foot, alone, unarmed, and many miles from the nearest human. However, the experience didn’t result in my hating bears.

It sounds like you need help; ask for it.

All this is almost surely falling on deaf ears, but at least I tried.

Can this guys home address be tracked by his IP address? sad.gif

Public threats of shooting indescriminently and hiding bodies are not taken lightly by me or by the law enforcement community.

Sounds like a loose cannon to me. ph34r.gif

The answer is yes, if you also notice all posts display a day and time as well, and most forum software keeps a log of the IP addresses of everyone logging on and off, I assume this software is no different. By law, your local ISP has to keep a record of everyone logging on and off their system by accounts, and the IP assigned to that account, and the duration that account was logged onto that specific IP address. If the person is using cable or dsl or simliar broadband connection, they are assigned a static IP address that never changes and is permanently assigned to a specific account during the duration of their membership.

Yes, moregon's right. IPs are logged as is time and date. The information you leave on the forums can easily be used against you by law enforcement, if it ever came to that.
