Based on issues we've been having with newly registered member accounts abusing the board, I have implemented the following restrictions for new member accounts:

• New members will not be able to use the PM system.
• New members will not be able to email other members through the board (remember that your email address is always protected, even from other members).
• New members will have to wait longer between posts than established members.

These restrictions will be lifted by board administrators once it has been determined that the new member is not someone likely to abuse the board.
