Without being too graphic, has anyone ever seen a penis move like that while walking? It looks very strange to see it curve upward as the figure walks along. I suppose if it were flaccid it might flop around a bit, but from everything I've heard of primate members, they usually aren't anywhere near that large when not erect...

The white, curved thing could be anything as far as what I can see. Maybe if I had seen it on TV I would know what I'm looking at. Is this footage included in any of the documentaries available on video or DVD??

as cool as redwoods is, no matter what.. its a |-|( )/\>< the audio is the give away, there is an over reaction. watch "Scare Tactics" thats real reaction. Plus, there is no way even if a Sas did get into the bongwater of some careless camper leaving it on the picnic table. Sure, I understand that. But in the linked video above, the assumed erect penis seems to curve more as it swings upwards. This is what I find odd. Not that it would be curved, only that the curvature seems to increase as it moves. To me, that looks more like a hanging belt or something similar.

Well I was finally able to view the geocities malemove sequence -- couldn't get in do to bandwith limitations earlier. Nope, have to agree Bipto, it certainly isn't curvature. Now, if this is a normal state of appearance of this part of a male Squatches anatomy, you would think that there would be more reports of its presence. Now, I recall seeing primates at a vast number of zoos that I've been to and many of the males had prominent penises that were flacid and flopping around as they moved about. I just viewed the entire Redwoods Video to try and get a better perspective on things, but the video's quality makes it impossible. But, why is it white? I did a quick search on primate penis. It took me to some interesting locations, such as the following report on Yerkes Primate Center's penis measuring experiments --

I remember reading somewhere that there is a fair amount of difference in penis shape and flexibility even among human races. Size doesn't vary by more than an inch or so on average between white, black, and asian/native American males (testicle size does vary a great deal though), but there are some other distinct characteristics among races. White erect penises tend to point out at about a 45º angle, and tend to hold that angle fairly stiffly. Asian/native American penises tend to be very vertical, and also somewhat stiff at that angle. Black penises tend to stick straight out (about 90º from the abdomen), and are often quite flexible in terms of angle. Interestingly, these penis angles correlate directly with the angle of the vaginal canal in females of the corresponding races. Asian vaginas are typically located closer to the front of the pelvis, and go straight up, black vaginas are located somewhat further back, and white ones are somewhere in between. On average, of course. There are certainly wide variations among the population. On a personal note, i'm half asian and half white, but i haven't whipped out the ol' protractor yet. Volsquatch might be 'up for it' though

Oh, and as for other great apes, penis design seems to be quite variable as well. Humans, interestingly, have the biggest penises known among the apes (and human females have the biggest vaginas). It is speculated that this is due to the enormous size of our heads (the head with ears attached, not the other one!). Grover Krantz speculated that BF penises might be relatively small, since they probably have ape like intelligence and therefore ape sized heads, proportional to their bodies.



So my point is.. a funny acting penis doesn't guarantee that the film is fake. It does seem rather surprisingly bright white, but who knows.

Chip (the chimp at zoo where I worked) had a very light colored/whitish "chimphood." He showed it off frequently during aggressive behaviour. I am not sure the color of other ape's (orangutan, gorilla) penises.

Ok, stupid question, but wouldn't you think it would be "hairy" and therefore could not be white? Just wondering.

I think one of the guys in the van said "hit the brights". Therefore, you could readily get an intense reflection (such as when they tell you not to drive with high beams in fog). This may help explain the whitish appearance, as with a camera flash, especially under the otherwise low-light conditions. It may also give more credence to the foot soles looking as they do. But, he does seem just a BIT oblivious to the goings on. Yet, you don't hear of squatch roadkill (?). Personally, I thought it was a pretty compelling clip, on a gut level. I guess that is the basic problem in observation, vs. evidence.
