Man! when's it coming out?
The movie is made of total no-namers in Hollywood, but the squatch looks cool. I don't think a squatch movie about people looking around the woods for one would be very exciting... it would be like watching Mysterious Encounters on OLN. These movies are made for entertainment so I expect them to do this sort of stuff. It makes it more interesting anyways.
If it were a documentary and they had it attacking, that would be bad, but this looks to be kinda neat.
I hate to get flamed for my opinion on it, but hey, I am "the eth". lol
Watch the trailer, it really shows the "goods". The squatch is pretty damn big too.

You think?? shoot..Sigourney Weaver (aliens movies) Joaquin Phoenix (Gladiator) are in it...and it's directed by the same guy who directed "Signs" (which was quite scary) and "the Sixth Sense" (again...a very creepy movie by times)
Hopefully it will be good. The little trailer looks frightning.
For some reason...I just keep thinking of the Honobia inccident when I think of this movie.

The creature in the movie is actually believable, well more so than the one from The Untold.
I'm gonna buy it.

sorry to break hearts here, but from what i've read i don't think the creatures will be Sasquatches... i think it's playing on the whole "fairies in the woods" type mythos. BUT... i could be wrong.

That trailer for The Village sets a perfect mood for what a great Squatch movie should have. I just hope it really is about BF, but if not, it still looks to be one hell of a shorts-filler!

Finally got the trailer for Primeval to run on my PC....looks like plenty of "make you jump" action, but the sas doesn't look realistic at all. Maybe the movie will be better, or maybe it's my PC, but in the clips with sas in action, the movements look very jerky and fake, not at all fluid like sightings describe. Maybe the actual film will prove the trailer wrong! And I still can't get the trailer for The Village to play!

"the village" scene finally did play on this comp and it looks like it's gonna be good, the narration of the scenes make it appear like it's gonna be really good.
The guy stepping into the woods looks cool.
But I have my doubts as to the creatures being bigfoots, it doesn't show them but from the narration I just don't see bigfoots in this. Maybe blobsquatch's

.
The village people against the blobsquatches, ...........the seige down "at the YYYYYYY m c a."
"There they are, right there!"
"Where?"
"Right there in the trees!"
"I don't see anything!"
"Right there!!!! Do I have to draw circles around them???!!!"

And yea, although "The Villiage" appears to be promising, I highly doubt its Sasquatches. In the trailer, the mark left on the door as some "symbol" is making me lean towards some other type of supernatural being. Oh well. Still looks cool.

You sure do!!!
Everyone knows that the crafty Sasquatch can hide itself in any picture or video cleverly disguised as a blobsquatch. In fact there are literally thousands of Sasquatch images taken over the years by people just waiting to be discovered. All you have to do is pick a blob, any blob, draw a circle around it and viola, instant Sasquatch

I dont think any decent studio would do a Bigfoot movie. Maybe hairy monsters that could be mistaken for and probably are meant to infer, but they will never make a movei with Bigfoot as the main theme. Not a serious one , horror or otherwise (excluding comedy).
No one takes the subject seriously and if BF was the motivating factor for folks to see it, the theaters would be about empty. No one in their right mind would want to be associated with the silly subject, let alone take it seriously. Now make a scary movie with good actors and effects combined with an intruiging story, you can have all the hairly BF looking monsters in it you want. Just make damn sure that there is no reference to the silly subject that that one guy name Wallace made up.
The term BF has been forever tainted by the hoaxers and romantics.

Shamalamadingdongs fliks are pretty cool but the ending is always the same. Everything suddenly fits all together in amazing ways.
Maybe BF isnt to far gone for him, he may be the only one to get aways with it. He did aliens, but more people believe in aliens and UFOs than they do in bigfoot.

The cool thing about Sixth sense was the use of red if you watch that movie it looks like hes got a gloomy filter over the whole movie except for the color red and when you see the clip of villiage the red mark on the door, how it contrasts so much like those b&w cards with the kids holding the flowers and they're in color..\
