Now he's mugging little kids in alleys, next thing ya know he'll be hangin with Andre the Giant and they'll have their own posse...were not safe anywhere...

I wonder why no one investigated the very loud and different scream when they heard it? Seems like someone would have run out to see what made it, especially after hearing the children scream as well. It would have been the talk of the town the next day.
