As evidenced on your website here:
http://rickydyer.page.tl/SHOES-4-KIDS.htm?...4bed5dd863e393e"Rickydyer.com is committed to helping kids across the world.
While having fun doing it.
In December 2009 we will go to Bangkok, Thailand to give out more
shoes to needed children across the city. We need your help!
You can donate shoes, money or your time for this cause.
We gave out over 200 pairs of shoes last year using our on money.
This year our goal is 500 pairs. We are non-profit so everything you give
will go directly to our cause.

You claim to be a non-profit.I request a copy of your 501 © (3) "determination letter" from the IRS. You are required to according to:
"Applying for Exemption - Public Disclosure of Applications
Is an exemption application subject to public disclosure?
An exemption application is subject to public disclosure once it has been finally approved or denied." either way I'd like to see your approval or denial.
via the IRS website:
http://www.irs.gov/charities/article/0,,id=136206,00.htmlI have searched a few non-profit watchdog sites and was unable to find anything, your Paypal link is broken, you can not copy and paste anything from your website and a search for "Larry Tilt" the contact turned up nothing.
http://www2.guidestar.org/SearchResults.aspxIf I don't receive a response I will contact the Texas Attorney General for an inquiry into this potential fraud.
"Filing a Complaint
The Charitable Trusts Section receives many inquiries and complaints from the general public, news reporters, and other interested parties regarding possible mismanagement or diversion of charitable assets. All complaints about charities are reviewed by the Attorney General's Charitable Trusts section staff."
http://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/charit...omplaints.shtmlI would like to see either:
A. Contact me and forward a copy of the required IRS document.
B. Remove any reference to being a non-profit from your website.
I assure you this is not a joke, I truly hope you are using any monies for the benefit of the children, but if not I will pursue this.
Sincerely,
I guess they think by 'moving' the org. out of the country they can still advertise as "non-profit", we shall see.
