Does anyone know if Bipto is going to produce anymore Bipcasts?

He doesn't like us anymore.

Now that's not fair. Brian still hosts this forum on his servers, for free, and continues to provide us with free tech support, which is incredibly generous of him. The only thing that changed is that he doesn't want to be an administrator any more. Truth is, Brian hasn't taken an active role in administrating this forum in nearly three years. Sure, he sided with the TBRC guys over the MRP thing, but he *is* a TBRC member, so it is not unexpected. It is a huge leap from that to say he doesn't like BFF members any more - that's just plain wrong!



As for the Bipcasts, Brian announced some time ago that he would not be producing any more - he said they were too time consuming, which I think is a fair comment.

I do agree with you though, the Bipcasts are missed, however I can appreciate just how much work goes into them - Like me, Brian runs his own business, and if you have never done that, you wouldn't appreciate just how much of a time-suck that can be, so frankly, Bigfoot comes way down the list of things to do after a while.

Indeed, I'm spending probably less than 15 minutes a day on BFF myself these days compared to the 2-3 hours I used to spend - the other admins and moderators are holding this forum together.

Perhaps Brian will sell his business and never have to work again - then we might see some more Bipcasts.


In the meantime, when I can get Brian and Scott to agree on a time, we'll do another Bigfoot Show - probably after the TBRC conference so that we can get Brian's report on it.

Its sad that the bipcast isnt anymore. It shurly was the best BF podcast of all. It was a real Radioshow not just some people recording their skype converences.

Was that show about the Michigan Recording Project ever recorded??

Whilst we had planned to do a show weeks ago where we discussed the MRP, there was never going to be an 'MRP Show' Larry.

I meant "discuss" the MRP of course. I was happy to hear that BFS had non PGF stuff on the menu ... just kidding.
