my approach.. I tried to get anyone (any website) to help analyze or go back to the site with me...big NADA.. I know the quality wont change the entire debate...but, it is a Data point and in AZ...and I will stand behind it...still on my camera (I am going back up tomorrow - hope the camera survives) ...

nope, noone really cares.. the web biggies..ahh not good enough to parlay into any help ...the little guys..they have no resources (a lot of heart).... and after my meeting with ASU Prof today I figure I'm done.... except to party with my forest friends..they seem quite curious and alone I had no threatening behavior (although I got scared!)

we may find out..well I guess we will have to wait to find out just what they are....

While your visual "encounter" is not at all impressive, your audio is intriguing. It sounds like the same animal featured in some of the sound clips over at the BFRO.

Also, I would advise you to turn off your digital zoom on your camcorder completely. You can zoom in digitally all you want once you've uploaded your video to a computer.

IMO the sounds are a Mexican Grey Wolf or a good impression of one.

Here's a hint.. Go back through every still pic you've taken in the "mountains" here.. I'll bet you can find a hiding squatch in pretty much every one of 'em.. Maybe someone'll analyze those for you....

Someone with a taste for whiskey and a computer needs to take a still photo of the branches and sketch out the stupid hands, head, and torso of this BF. Is it like one of those pictures you need to stare at until a hidden pattern emerges. My eyes are red from staring and not the whiskey...............liquor store is now closed................drats.....

That's OK, liquor store closed here too, unfortunately no whiskey consumed........anyone seen a squatch?? There's a front moving through and the wind is kicking up, I swear there's movement all around my deck. I'll keep you informed.....

The audio is interesting, the foot falls to me sound to close together to be to be an 8ft hominid but then again I have never heard one so it's just an opinion. I am not sure what to make of the howling, first reaction is wolf or coyote but after listening to it closely it sounds forced like something useing all its might to yell and I would agree it sounds a bit like the distant recordings I have heard on BFRO from Klamath I think.
