Congratulations Craig, but I always have held you and your research group in high respect to start with.

I guess this would be best placed here,has anyone noticed the difference in Media coverage of our furry friends depending on the area of the report?I noticed alot of the news coverage in the PNW seems to tentatively opt for believing in the people reporting or investigating the sightings,while almost any paper or news mag/tv channel east of nebraska(there are exceptions,thank god)tend to ridicule or belittle the entire field of cryptozoology.the few exceptions seem to be those that (and Bipto and Paul discussed this on another thread)remember that its their job to report the news and not to embellish it to fit thei own ideas and beliefs.IMHO

PNW folks do tend to believe, I have noticed this too from talking to them....either friends I have there or friends/co-workers that have moved here......alot of them have had experiences/sightings/vocals/footprints or family or acquaintances who have....
