YouTube is coming into it's own as a wonderful place to post your research and learn things from others. BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it's also turning into a schoolyard bully bash for some. I've been involved with BBS, chat rooms and such, for 15 years or so, and YouTube is no better or worse. What goes on in the BF community is now in full force in the YouTuber community. Invading others YouTube website, with teenage rambling explicatives, putting up videos bashing each other as hoaxes, fakes, and more explicatives. Just like in here, or in chat rooms, all it takes is a couple of children, to make the rest of the group, lose quite a few maturity points. Retaliation, setting up websites to specifically bash another researcher. I don't see anything good coming from that. Bringing the rest of the family down with you, just for your own emotional validation, can never be good for the bottom line reason we're all doing this. Some just can't help themselves. It's damned fun, for them. But like the wild kid in the family, just leave their bags on the front porch, and change the locks. Grow up people.
