At first it is hard to tell but almost looks like a guy in camo pants and a redish brown coat. But when you zoom in the tree limb is in the way to see much more and makes you wonder, HMMM. It's too hard to say what it is. At this point I can't say yes or no to anything. I'm sure someone will be able to do something with it . Good quality of pic though. Where was this taken at ?
good luck, Allen

I messed with the pic a bit. It's the back end of a doglike animal. Looks like the front legs are darker, with white paws. Almost has a dingo look to it.

Sorry , I didn't mean to imply that it was Photoshopped, etc. I just can't make out what it is and makes me think of the possiblities.

Legs are not cylinders...think of a dog's legs. From the back it's much narrower than from the side. That's why the left leg looks narrower, you're looking at it from a different angle.
This is not squatch.
The structure of the rear legs in fact almost look dogish.

Dog. Medium-large, short haired, red, floppy ears(? 2nd photo, can't be at all sure). I'd go with bloodhound/vizsla/chesapeake.

I'd say it is probably a large reddish in color dog, but my imagination wants to say a large cat like a tiger, with the reddish, orange color. There is just enough of the animal obscured that I can't be sure ie; forlimbs ,head, tail. The hind limbs look as much like a feline as they do a canine to me.

I vote dog also. The reason the one back leg looks so thick is because you can see the left front leg and it gives the illusion of being a part of the right rear leg. I hope that I explained that alright.

#1 I have never been to Arizona
#2 I shave my legs after the spring equinox 'cause in the winter I need something to hold my socks up. (I do however make exceptions for funerals and weddings)
#3 Technically, I am more "Auburn" than "Red" however, in all honesty the color in that image is pretty darn close lol.
I am going with a miniature Alpaca in a hunting vest.

you can see the outline/shadow of the head through the leaves. the ears are at an angle of around 30 deg, left lower than the right, at the lower edge of the light grey colored branch, also angled. when do i get the snickers?

Looking at the pic in post #45, are you saying the ears are near the middle of the frame? Or higher?
I do see some similar coloration through the leaves, but it's hard to tell if it's something else.
I also get the impression that it is a pack animal of some sort because of the other colors seen at the right side of the animal.
I'm sure there is a sharper version of this pic available somewhere, I wish I could look at it.
