I was watching an episode of Unexplaned Mysteries titled "The monster show" and they did the usual BF segment with Krantz, Gimlin, discussing the Patterson footage. Then they went to a guy named Mike Stusser who was examining a film that I had never seen here or anywhere. They said it was recent, but I don't know when this show first aired so could be 10 years ago for all I know. It is a reddish brown BF moving through the woods and it stops and very slowly turns its head/upper body towords the camera. Looks very dileberate to me but they claim it is authentic. I did spend a bit of time searching but found nothing about it. Anyone see this or heard of this footage?

THe sighting couldn't be THAT recent since Grover Krantz died years ago!

Thats what I thought but you see and hear about all footage even horrible fakes but for some reason this was new to me. If it aired in 04 this footage could be only 5 or so years old, I believe it to be fake just never saw or even heard of it.

I'm guessing that this might have been the Freeman footage?

Was that footage of a subject movin' from the right to left ? If it's the one I'm thinkin' it is, it didn't look very convincin' to me.

I saw it too. Never seen it before either. I wonder where we could find it and post it here. I've looked. No dice. Looked here too. I wasn't super impressed, but did not get a chance to see much of it

They never showed mor than a second or two, I am thinking it was a re enactment of the footage. If it was the actual film it was interesting but not very convincing. I am just curious that they made the statement that it is believed to be authentic but it has not been discussed here.
