I have subscribed to a number of self proclaimed field researchers who are posting videos like mad on utube. Anybody else doing this? One guy is just a couple of hours away from me (Tampa, Fl) the others are scattered around the country.

Here are some links to their vids if you are interested.

fasanotampa - this guy is looking around in all the areas I have been hunting in the past 13 years or so.

http://www.youtube.com/user/fasanotampa

tcsjrbigfoot - This guy is in Kent, Ohio

http://www.youtube.com/user/tcsjrbigfoot

There are a few others, but these two guys are REALLY ACTIVE right now. Enjoy!

The problem with YouTube is that there is no way to prove legitimacy...

I've seen those guys. To me they come off that that guy in the Geico commercial spying on the gecko. I admire that they have that much disposable time on their hands, but even if they do get more on camera than the blob in the bottom of the marshland, who's going to believe them?

I got really bored watching video after video of these guys but I did LOL once when he whacked a tree and I envisioned a coconut falling down and knocking him out for a while biggrin.gif

A college girl in the park area the conference was at fell 40 feet off a cliff and died.

Ive been watching the TCSJR guy. Seems down to earth, saw something in the woods there, and is trying to find it. Had some weird night experiences, and heard things following him.
Robert
The guy in Ohio is legit, in my opinion. He saw one, or thinks he did, and now he's trying to get it on camera. He's pretty shaken by that girl's death right now.

The other guy, the one from Tampa, is just funny... has an overactive imagination. I've been to all those places he is looking around and filming. The only thing he's going to see is woodpeckers, turkey, deer or hogs. I keep telling him to go out at night, but I don't think he will.

Sorry, it has nothing to do with the relentless search for Mr. Big n Stinky, but it's interesting.

Youtube is a good way to get your stuff out there. Rick and Jaime have their own Youtube accounts too. Don't throw it out with the bathwater.

Here's something to make you sit up and listen. He put this up today. This is from the guy in Ohio.

Rick is right. Utube is an easy way to get a lot of people to look at what ever it is you want them to look at, and get some feedback.

I will email him tonight and find out what happened and report back, if I can.
Robert
I just got this message back from tcsjrbigfoot:

QUOTE
I was getting many personal messages from people saying they don't see a Bigfoot on all the videos I have been posting. Maybe I said the wrong things. I don't know. I was advised to remove it. I'm overwhelmed with messages and don't know what is wrong or right.
Robert
You can't see it, or hear it, but this is the one. The interesting thing is this guy's reaction. He can hear it way off ... and he's really freaked out.

Hi

Lots of emotion in that one.

the gentleman seems legit. sure people can fabricate what they claim to be seeing, hearing, etc. one thing that stands out though is the nervousness and anxiousness in his voice.thats a hard thing to fake.in the least leads me to believe that he did "believe" he saw and heard something. much like my own and many other individuals' encounters you know what you heard and saw regardless of how others react to your telling them of your encounter.
goatman2448
at least he didnt have a Janet Reno blow up doll scantily clad in a leopard print thong packed in dry ice with bascardi and homer simpson speaking on his behalf trying to one up those knuckleheads on ga. rolleyes2.gif

From what I understand, that video, hes hearing something off in the distance, and then he sees something looking at him just to his left off camera, right before where he starst yelling "jesus" and acting panicky, about 1:40 into the video, but it runs too quick for him to point the camera at it in time.
Robert
Yeah, I believe that's what happened. He talks about it on another video he uploaded around the same time, and that's pretty close to what he said.
george42
Hes still uploading videos of the post sighting trek back to the car, talking about what he saw. It dosent seem like he caught anything visual on tape, although there is discussion about the audio.
Robert
Here are the latest uploads, from tonight. He got audio of something walking behind the stationary camera he left behind.

If you listen close you can hear something moving around the camera. I'm enjoying these tcsjrbigfoot videos. I think these guys are on to something and hopefully it's just a matter of time before they document it.

I agree, it's like being there with him. I must say though, when I have the audio turned up to hear stuff and he starts talking, it's LOUD, like someone just fired up a chainsaw next to me loud, I jump so high I almost hit the ceiling...lol

Cheers,

Kraig
Robert
Ha ha ha -- I had it turned WAY UP (the sound is really good in these, btw) and a crow started sounding off and I about soiled myself.
Robert
Look at this one. Looks like either a gift or a warning was left. It's a deer skull with a large feather stuck through.

Very interesting!

You beat me to it Robert, I was just about to post that link!

That's interesting as hell. I don't know what to think, I remember hearing something about BF putting a deer eye-ball on a stick and putting it on a log pointing to the way out of the trail, I would take that as a warning...but this...I don't know, a deer skull hanging from a tree with a turkey feather sticking through the eye socket seems ominous to us humans but who knows what the hell it means to a squatch.

I'll be waiting for the next set of vids from this guy!!
george42
Hes got some interesting video/audio from the cameras he left behind while he saw something the other day. Sounds like something walking up behind the camera and breathing.
sasquatchapalooza
He's added some new videos over the past few days. you can hear something moving through the bush and he trys following it to no avail. He also had a pretty good idea that i've never seen or heard of being used, since he's been having so much activity around his stationary camara he decided to put a little convex mirror in front of it. He didn't have it propped up right and it fell over after he'd left it but i still thought it was a pretty good idea.
Robert
This one was just added. VERY interesting.

iagree.gif whatever crashed throught the brush sounded large, that's for sure!

he's added this longer HD version today..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3o62TP8yNI
Robert
I probably was a deer that smelled him or saw him down in that gully, freaked out and jumped and ran.

I have to say though that it must have been a very large and very clumsy one.

When he points the camera into the woods right after he runs up the hill, you can just see what looks like something black way off in the brush for an instant before it's gone. Might have been a big tree stump. Who knows? But it seems to disappear when he swings the camera back in the same direction, and he didn't really change position very much if at all.

I have been helping him in enhancing the audio syncing it up with the original video then posting the finished product on my youtube account. I have been following him for quite sometime and like most everyone else on this thread have been very impressed with his sincerity and the time he spends in the woods.
sasquatchapalooza
This was added to You Tube a few hours ago, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xli84JEu1T4

I seriously don't know what the sound could be, a bear "huff" maybe? It's kind of faint, but it's there. Near the end you can hear something moving through the bush breaking sticks and whatnot. This guy is getting closer and closer by the day! If this is all a hoax then they're doing a pretty good job lol not that I actually think it's a hoax, just saying.
vilnoori
It just sounds like a person sneezing and then walking around. Maybe he's not as alone as he thinks in this location.

The woody clicking is probably a crow, see the 72 and 169 wav files of crows here:

http://www.shades-of-night.com/aviary/sounds/sounds.html

So far I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary. The skull and the feather could be from a Native American person not happy with him coming into this spot, and so far I haven't seen any really likely footprints--they seem very odd looking, narrow and not that humanoid.

Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see what the excitement is about? But hey, at least the fellow is getting out there!
Robert

Most of the excitement is being generated by Tim himself. He claims to have seen one clearly in this area years ago and just recently became obsessed with trying to get it on film. If you go to his utube channel and read the back story and look at some more of his videos you get a pretty good sense of what the guy's about.

But you're right, so far he hasn't gotten anything really good on video or audio. If this is a hoax, he's a REALLY good actor.
Furious_George
It looked like a blobsquatch without the blob and without the squatch.
I think this is a classic example of of someone who is alone in the woods and let's their imagination run wild after hearing a twig snap.
It's great that he is out there searching, so he gets an E for effort.

Agreed. It's not great but at least it's not shakey footage of a baby pocupine.
Robert
Look at this one, from the guy in Tampa; he calls it a possible "Class A" sighting. I don't see anything.

iagree.gif I don't see anything either. I see you're from Florida Robert, what's your opinion on the skunk-ape? I always thought it might just be mis-IDed circus/zoo apes but then again I haven't done much research into the subject.

There have been numerous accounts of escaped apes in this state that have gone feral and bred and multiplied out in the tropical jungles here. Chimpanzees, spider monkeys, orangutans, all kinds of apes and monkeys too. I used to hunt with an old guy that called one cow pasture and adjoining woods area the 'monkey field' because of them.

I think that is mostly what people are seeing.

Mostly.

There are other stories too, however, that are like classic bigfoot creatures... most recently in the Ocala area.
BobTo
What is with the deer skull with the turkey tail feather through it? He thought it was a red-tailed hawk but it definately is a turkey tail feather.
Robert
Here's the latest from Ed in Minn. (firstbillyjack) -- I think we all agree that he was taping a baby porcupine in that other video, but this one is more interesting as he claims to have just seen what looked like a 'good sized man - all black' running away from him just seconds before he turned on his camera.

Again, you can hear the emotion in his voice.
