Last night I was flipping through the guide (satellite) and came across a documentary called "Southern Fried Bigfoot". I watched about half the show because had to leave, but it seemed like a very interesting program. Obviously, it discussed the Southern B/F legends like the Fouke Monster, The Lake Worth Monster, and several others. The show featured Loren Coleman, Woolheater, and others.
Has anyone seen this?? If so, what did you think??

It's good. I got the DVD yesterday in the mail and watched it. It's pretty much like every other bigfoot documentary out there, except that it's all about the south. They focus on the big four, Foulk monster, Honey Island monster, Mo Mo, and Lake Worth. The Lake Worth segment was the most interesting to me, as I didn't know much about that one.
They do talk a little bit about the PNW for comparison's sake. Woolheater, Coleman, and another young guy in Texas that has his own group I have never heard of are the main interviewees.
I give it 4 out of 5 stars, only because there isn't any footage of a real one!

I viewed it last night. It was the first of it's kind that my wife has ever shown an interest in.
In fact I was shocked that she watched the entire program with me.

My wife has a crush on what's his name ... Josh Gates? The only show she will watch with me. I am kinda pondering her motive.
But then again, at least I reap the benefits.

Josh Gates is a home wrecker. My wife has a crush on him too. Just kidding. My wife thinks he brings more personality to the show than say Monsterquest, which bores the hell out of her. As I once said before Josh Gates takes the investigation serious, but not himself and that is what makes Destination Truth work.
