"I just think it would be in his and every Bigfooters best interest to lay out some supporting groundwork, even if it means delaying the release of the footage it will be picked apart and labeled before he has a chance to do this."

I tend to agree with you here. This is a very reasonable statement. Along the same lines, no matter how much evidence you present, it will be picked apart like a fresh kill in a buzzard's den. Hurriedly and sloppy.

I think that if you filmed this from 6 angles, in 3 different types of media, and filmed yourself filming it, gave a 3D presentation that was prepared in the Los Alamos National Laboratory with over a $-million of super computing equipment, it wouldn't be enough for our resident hecklers.

I fear that if Mr. Greene would not have come forward but instead spent the additional time doing all of the supporting field investigation and providing the supporting evidence, then he would be accused of taking the time to cleverly craft a hoax.

It's a no win situation.

I know people pick things apart endlessly, but I tend to disagree with your simplification of the situation. I didn't originally say that I would like to see 6 different views, I just wanted to see one single view, with the thermal imager sitting at he same spot, filming the same scene, with a human entering and moving around the setting in order to get a comparison of sizes and movement. Really, that should be incredibly simple work, far simpler than doing any of the previous work. I think that constitutes a bare minimum authenticating. Not asking for a lot of stuff, just a simple side by side comparison of the existing mystery subject, and a known human subject for comparison. It was said that the mystery subject was REALLY tall. Duplicating the scenario with a known person would tell pretty conclusively just how tall.

Mike Greene's Thermal Video is up at Mike Greene's Thermal Image which is www.bushloper.net
Check it out...very interesting.

Just spent the $3 and all I got was a pitch black video, no image at all.

Last I viewed it several months ago, it worked but was postage stamp sized video seemingly (exaggeration, but very small indeed).
GrapeApe
Paid my $3 and it was a decent thermal image of a blobsquatch. Well, not really a blobsquatch but certainly not definitive.
Spazmo
As far as thermal videos go, it's the best one I've seen.
Not definitive, but still very interesting.

After all this time, nothing else has come out of it. Where's Bill asking for updates?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Bill? coverlaugh.gif

Hi

I'd Like To Know If is it worth 3 bucks to view it giving the way today's Economy is going and the way things ain't worth what they used to be ~ ?

Peace

Well, I just used my thermal to watch a woodrat freak out and run down a flight of stairs jump a landing (yeah, I'm ugly even in the dark when I'm not making noise), jump like a kangaroo rat down a trail, cross a creek and disappear deep in woods like it was on fire, and it was much more entertaining than the Green thermal but not taped (damn it could have been worth four dollars pay per view). View at your own risk, I've seen people drop that much money without thinking on lottery tickets, but you won't win anything with this three dollars.
Spazmo
Tim, it depends on what you consider "worth it", and if you think three bucks is disposable.
I like it better than the Don Young thermal recording, so that might tell you what it's worth. But keep in mind: for three bucks you only get to see it once. You can't download it (legally).

But hey, what's three bucks among Squatchers? Carnival rides cost that much, as does a half a pack of smokes. A Starbuck's. A gallon of gas. A Big Mac.

It's only money...

Agreed. Interesting but inconclusive, of course.
In my opinion, Mike Greene's video is worth consideration and Don Young's is Don Young's...
