I think that it would be really great if a television channel dedicated to cryptids and other natural phenomena were established. I believe there is enough interest in the combined subjects especially if phenomena such as ball lightning and other weather phenomena were included. And also have the various expert groups available to respond to any current event.
At the least, I think it would be interesting if Monsterquest pursued these latest issues to the fullest. A special series, dedicated to formally unravelling these events. But in a timely manner (now).

I'm finding a lot more cryto themed programs on t.v. then I ever have before. One channel dedicated to it though would be amazing!! Lets keep our hopes up. Plus they can cash in on the reality tv craze.

I don't know guys. It would depend on the content. As good as it is when it's at its best, even Monster Quest struggles to fill its shows with compelling material every episode, resulting in forgettable shows that are essentially about nothing, like the Giant Rats episode. Good on them for trying, but show after show of folks putting out trail cams only to get shots of nothing makes for frustrating viewing after a while, and while I personally can listen to accounts of encounters all day long, that in itself is not sufficient to build a show around either, let alone an entire channel's worth of shows with broad enough appeal to lure in and keep a large audience every day. I'd maintain that there just isn't a sufficient amount of quality content out there available to fill a day's worth of programming every day of the year - not by a very long way. I'd rather have one or two quality shows with real substance once in a blue moon than a whole channel (or even series) of padded out, empty drivel.

Bunkum and balderdash! All you need is to find a modern day
George Newman to creatively flesh out programming.

A crypto channel would be pretty cool, but I agree that it would be hard to find programming to fill up all of that time. You basically have:
BF type creatures
Ghosts
UFO's
Lake Monsters
Spontaneous Combustion
Rods
Atlantis
Bermuda Triangle
Alaska Triangle
Chupacabra
That Siberian Explosion Thing
Thats what about a day and a half?

All bigfoot..24-7..that is what I would like to see. Heck, people will set and watch live feeds for hours so I think a 24/7 Sasquatch channel would not have a problem filling time. The highest rated MonsterQuest episodes are about bigfoot so there is obviously enough of us out there to keep the ratings afloat. Live 24/7 expedition coverage, live cams, interviews and classic films and documentaries could help to fill the space. I would never turn my channel..guarantee ya that. Peace.
