In the Scientific American article featuring Meldrum's response... we see some very interesting posts from a member named "pdiiddy."
http://www.sciam.com/blog/60-second-scienc...reme-2008-08-14 There is only one guy we know to have truely authentic pictures of a Bigfoot, His name is Jim Jardineau , they where taken Oct 2007 in the deep sections of the Tamagami Islands, 11 photos, on an island where a stranded Bigfoot was caught by spring thaw and could not swim off the island. The pictures are real , High res ,and shocking in my veiw. On top of it, these guys dont care who believes they just know allready. Jeff Meldrum needs to see the Tomagami Bigfoot shots They are truely astouding photos, acording to rumor the tomagami bigfoot is still traped on the island and they are planning to return fall 2008 The beast is descibebed as very old with a broken left arm or severly compromised, he is 8 ft and some , and has long grey molted hair that fades through browns and blacks his face is grey brown, beady black blood shot eyes Pics of the Tomagami islands Bigfoot have been sent to the Ontario Sasquatch web site and might be available soon. pending permision, they really are astounding photos http://www.ontariosasquatch.com/I figured this deserves its own thread... my apologies if it's being discussed elsewhere.

I'm glad someone made a thread about this. Hopefully those pictures are made public somewhere.

...if they exist.
If there are such photos, there's little risk in predicting that nothing clear will be visible.

I have seen one of the photos.
A photo is just a photo, the one I saw does have something in it though, very clear.

Personally, i believe these Animals are/should be good enough Swimmers, not sure why it wouldn't just swim off the Island that is being mentioned..
I'm pretty sure they swim between Islands off of BC too & i would have thought they'd have to be damn good Swimmers to do that..
Excuse me for my geographical ignorance here, are we talking Ontario here ??
Edit : For the below..
Yep it is ON, with just a vowel being changed from the initial Post in the spelling of the Island..

I don't know where in that 27 pages of the part three I read it, but someone said they believed that the BF was still there and it had a badly broken (lame) arm. That might explain that.

Chief, you have just shown why I have to giggle sometimes at the comments that are made here. I'm glad you responded as I was hoping someone would point out that snippet of information.

I suggest someone contact Ontario Sasquatch. Hopefully they're at least willing to admit that they have the pics and are currently reviewing them.

It is about time someone posted information on the Temagami Island Bigfoot, I saw someone say this in the GA thread yesterday and asked them the question as to where they found this information and didn't receive a response.
Has anyone chatted with or read any additional threads the original poster of this information yesterday may have been involved in? I would like to know how the knowledge of this incident came to be. I think going to the authorities in Canada with these photos; if that is indeed what happened, was the right move and the thing that the GA boys should have done if their claim was legit.
On that note, wasn't that press conference a joke

, another Biscardi POS.

I've been checking the sciam article's comments section every now and then to see if "pdiiddy" has posted anymore info. Some other people advised pdiiddy to join BFF to post the pics, so I'm hoping that happens.
I might email Ontario Sasquatch to try and confirm these pics are real.

if we have photos of a Temagami island sasquatch.
Ontario Sasquatch does not comment on these kinds of rumours. We don't discuss confidential witness communications, and we won't comment on whether or not we've received photos from any source.
We'd very much like to thank everyone who has sent in questions and comments about this.

The guy who claimed to be posted the pics has now logged off the site.
Check the online list...he isn't there.
Small, small chance he is the anonymous 1 member. I'm beginning to think it's a bluff.

Sorry, but I believe he has a total of four postings to his credit. I don't believe you'll be able to PM him until he reaches (?) five postings.
Thanks for the insight. Very new to the BFF, been curious for years, but finally decided to jump on and contribute the other day.
In the mean time, I am going to continue to dig into this a little more. I know, I know, I know, no more postings on the subject, but I think it is very important to point out that there is one large island on Lake Temagami called Bear Island. It is estimated to be 1.8 square miles and is the largest island on the lake. I thought Tomagami mentioned something about a 10 mile island?
More to come later, I may start the new thread just to get everyone off of this one and over to that one if they have comments on Tamagami, will keep you posted.
