I don't know if these videos have been discussed before, but I found two bigfoot videos on youtube that seemed pretty credible and now I can't find them! I've searched and searched but I just can't find them anywhre. Anyways, here's what was in the videos:
Video 1: *no sound* Camera man zooms in on a teen crouching down beside a creek. But then the teen looks up then starts running as the camera man pans up and sees what appears to be a large red-haired bigfoot charging down the hill furiously towards the teen, and it even jumps over a log very athletically. It chases the teen for a bit then turns and heads back towards the woods and disapears.
Video 2: *has sound* This one, the camera man takes it from a distace in a clearing. Suddenly a red hared bigfoot ( possibly the same one? ) runs very fast left to right and disappears in the woods its footfalls making loud tromping sounds.
So has anyone seen these videos? They were both posted by the same user. Anyone?

I know exactly what videos you are describing and i'm pretty sure they have been discussed here before.
I couldn't find them on Youtube so maybe they have been pulled?

So what was the verdict of the discussion? Were they deemed fake or what?

If it is the videos I am thinking of, the end of the video had a web site that did video productions. I understood the videos to be productions and they were much better than your average youtube hoax.

You mean this one? ("teen crouching" sequence starts at about 1:22)

Thank you so much! I've been looking for those for ages.
I think its real. If that's a costume, then it looks like it'd be a really heavy costume. And the way it moves with such agility and smooth, non-clunky movements kinda makes it real to me.

Have to admit it's a damn cool suit (but a suit nontheless). The "creature" comes far closer to looking real in the second clip than the first, but still, the way the camera man is simply standing still, then at the last minute decides to pan back to the left, which is AWAY from the running creature, to merely hold on the open meadow...come on. Also using the old trick of zooming in real fast to help obscure any real clarity in an already moving subject.
Both of those clips are posted by the same person, by the way. It's clearly the same suit in both films.

The clips are from StudioDrome's Bigfoot Film project. When the clips first came out, browsing "behind the scenes" snapshots on the studio's web site show the actor wearing the suit during a break in shooting.
Not exactly a prank nor a hoax-- just a better than average quality short film with a good costume.

One thing I noticed on the second video is that it has huge pectoral muscles. Not breats, but pecs. Just an interesting observation considering that BFs are very muscular according to witnesses.
And I think the scenario and how they filmed it went like this: They encountered the bigfoot as shown in the first video. They then decided to go after it and maybe get more footage. When they got to the clearing, they heard the BF charging through the forrest ( possibly trying to get away from them ) and managed to pull their camera out just in time to capture the BF on film.
And another thing is that the BF in the first video is displaying typical BF behavior in which they charge at a human to scare them away which has also been reported by many witnesses.

They must be
really huge pecs since the subject is being filmed from behind.

That would be vaulting over logs and tumbling down the hill like Homer Simpson, behaviour?

Hi
I can never say for sure cause my experience with my own BF sightings is 0, So if that is a BF, I am surprised about the way it is tossing it's arms around and seems to be running very awkward like Mechani-Kong, I would think he would be much more fluid in movement than that, Plus the whole thing kinda wreaks of a planned camera attack of a newly purchased very clean looking suit
Peace
Tim

You can find the most recent discussion about it
here Bill.
The older thread is
here. There's actually two videos from that production company that I'm aware of and both have been discussed here.
Here's a quote from escAPEe in the more recent thread that I think explains it well.

Hi
Just'a good ol' boys
Never meanin' no harm.
Beats all you never saw
Been in trouble with the law
Since the day they was born
Staightnin' the curves
Flatnin the hills
Someday Bigdfoot might get 'em
Or the law certainly will.
Hoaxing there way the only
way they know how. Shooting
guns and a video is all there
brains will allow
Peace
Tim
