I've noticed that the signatures of some posters are getting ridiculously long again. Some of these sigs have 4, 5 or even 6 quotes in them and it's to the point that every time those people post, half the post is taken up with signature lines.

Please, keep the signatures to a minimum. It's easy to change them so if you feel you must have so many quotes, why not have one this month and save the others for the months to come. Change them out from time to time rather than have them all show up in every post you make. It's annoying as heck and takes up too much space. It's to the point that editing by the staff may become necessary.

And remember, active links to other sites are not allowed in signatures and will be removed without notice when they are seen in a post.

Start editing your signatures now please - I don't want to have to do it myself. Jeez, and people wonder why we stopped allowing links in signatures? It is because too many people ignored our requests to keep them small and reasonable.


2-3 lines is plenty for a signature - any more, and you can expect it to be removed by a moderator.
