What do you think was the biggest BF related story of 2007? I think mine would be that 2007 seemed to be fairly quiet with no real big news, controversies, or sightings (that I can think of currently). Hopefully, 2008 will be a little more active than last year.

Biggest story of the year is the BF community basically agreeing on the BFRO being full of crap on the Mangy Bear photos.
Unfortunately, the biggest Bigfoot story every year is always the biggest controversy, misidentification or hoax that recieves the most attention of that year.
This would be a nice change for 2008...........
Reuters news flash...."
While out in the woods Connecticut Bigfoot Researcher and all round nice guy Bill Green happened upon what he believed to be a young injured Bigfoot. Not wanting to cause an immediate media storm and the inevitable capture, exploitation and scientific probing of the docile, frightened creature he secretly piggy backed the 200 pound Bigfoot to his apartment to tend to it's wounds.
Before eventually letting the creature back into the wild to find it's family, along with the hair, tissue, and blood samples he obtained he video tapes what scientists believe to be 10 hours of the clearest, most conclusive and undeniable proof ever that Bigfoot exists.
When asked what he fed the creature Mr.Green responded, "The damn thing ate all my Capn' Crunch."
Video at 11...."

Yes, indeedy!
Ditto with the Bear and Bfro's hysteria over it being a juvie sasquatch.......I was in the middle of the bfro discussion site at the time saying bear bear bear.....there were a few others chanting bear bear bear........within a 2 week period 4 of us were kicked off the bfro........so much for objectivity I guess.....
For 2008, hopefully get me some physical evidence of thylacine up my way or a photo someone has stashed in the back of their draw somewhere......... and I'd settle for a nice steamy turd from hairy man to send off for DNA......rod

It's sad that a young bear, who is probably dead now, was the biggest story of the year.
Here's to hoping for Ty's 2008 wish to come true!

The fact that Moneymaker and that crew can lose even MORE credibility, that was the top story, or at least, the biggest shocker.
Noone thought they could lose any more crediblity, but they proved everyone wrong.
Nice.
