i think it is on this site. there is a .mil map that has pics of local critters around the map. i have part of the map and wold like a pic of the whole thing.
i think it was described as an escape evasion, survival or AoO map that was issued to service members. it has pictures of various critters known to be in the area including saquatch.

a pic of the part i have is below. if you have a copy or pic of the whole map let me know.

Interesting!

Who published it?
The US government possibly? Or do you not have that part of the map?

The graphic used to depict the Sasquatch looks familiar, I believe I've seen it someplace other than your map.

Sorry to bust in here, but I have somehow lost my password, and I can not enter the Forum. I could NOT find a way to reach the Admis by eMail, or at least it is not obvious, as it should be, on BFF pages. So I had to re-register with a new name, and therefore, can not start a new thread.

Isn't there a better way, Admins????

How do I get in, already??

i have seen the whole map and it is a us gov publication and has a number etc. i hope it was here and someone sees this. as i think more i think it is a survival map of some kind with possibly pictures of edible plants in addition to the animal pictures.

i thought i had the whole map on disk but this is all i have on the drive that i can find.

the map is of the pacific north west as it has sharks listed also.

I know I've seen that map posted in its entirety but for the life of me I can't remember where.

You can find a little info here: LINK

I only have a few pictures of the map that were sent to me. There is info posted in the first post about it. You don't have to log-in to view the photos..just down load them..they are not big.

Got it. Edited post above yours.

Interesting thread, I had no idea that map existed. I'd love to get my hands on a copy!

Oddly, I too remember this discussion. This map fascinates me. Everything else on there is something trainees in the PNW could encounter, including abalone and Great White Sharks. I would love to know if this was a serious inclusion, or the school instructors having a laugh. Either way, I would love to have a copy of it...I am something of a map freak.

unsure.gif If I didn't know better, since it was an Air Force map, I'd swear the MIB disappeared it, along with those that talked! icon_abduct.gif
