And now I think I might have to take a crack at one myself this winter!
Please post your favorite pics of what you think is THE most accurate face, based on what we know so far.
Thanks!

Ok, don't laugh, I'm very serious, but what about this photoshop job I found in an image search for "Apeman"? Try to envision him minus the glasses, add fur, and wrinkle him up a bit. This seems to have the wide mouth, thin lips, flattened human-like nose w/ the flaring nostrils, etc, that we always hear about.

Is it "TOO" human? Any eyewitnesses reading?
Thanks!

Dude, thats just too creepy .. too close.
Yeah, fuzzy face, give him heavier eyebrow ridges, and a thicker jaw and i think ya got one !
But remember, like humans, they dont all look alike. A wide facial variation there, as well as body structure.

Was the hair on the face that dense? or more sparse?
What about the eyes? I've read repeatedly that they're very dark. Anything like these?

Thanks!

I always remember most reports tell of very large eyes. more rounded instead of eliptical like ours. Also noticable far apart. But I never saw one myself, only going by what I read.

Eth, can you make a squatch in between the first and second on your initial series?
Also maybe take the one B2 put in and mess with that one?
Heck, mess with all of em!!!

Hair on face .... dense enuf so you couldnt see skin, but layed flat, like skin ... make sense?? Thor was light tan, like dry grass, and i couldnt see any dark patchs, so it had to be hair i think. Couldnt see the eyes on him.
Hair went to the lip line, and across the nose, covered the entire face. If the animal is black, you aint gonna see any skin at all, even if you can make out the face.

Sarge, why don't you post a pic of R. who use to live with us. He's as hairey as a Bigfoot. And all most as smart. My favert has to be from the Paterson film. But then I haven's seen many.
But I do agree the hair is too long, should be closer to the skin or it would interfear with seeing, and smelling.

Is that a depiction of BF or some prehistoric 'relative' ?
From what I've read, that is the face people are seeing.....

Wildman's picture is the recreation of Paranthropus Boisei from the series "Walking With Cavemen", and Former Northwester's picture is a recreation of Gigantopithecus I believe from the same series.

I thought bf has a wide flat nose, i.e. Patty.
One is from the Redwoods video, the other is from Bigfoot Encounters. Looks like my co worker, Dennis.
Patty pic reminds me of Steve Wozniak.

Where did you get the drawing (enhancement) of the Redwoods video??? I've never seen that before and have always been on the fence about what those people "saw".
I'm curious to see what an artist would reveal.

The Redwoods enhancement is from the Bigfoot Encounters site. I think it's a real encounter. I believe it was wintertime and the bf was a skinny male.
I also like this guy's pictures, he has cute bearded bigfoots in these whimsical settings.

The two that spook me are these. If I ran into something like this up close I think I might unload on it If I was carrying a weapon out of fear. I would probably wet myself and run realy fast.
The rest of the sketches Iv'e seen including patty's have a more kind or peaceful face. I think I would watch it as long as I could.

Patty doesn't look Human to me.
Yetifan, are you saying Patty's face is that of a Human hoaxer ?
That would mean said 'hoaxer' used theatrical make-up instead of a mask, right ?
Everything I've ever heard about Patty being a hoax, talks of masks........
Not even one reference to the 'guy in the suit' using anything but a mask......
Do you know something no one else knows ?

I have other versions, but this one is the one I like the best. Obviously, a great deal of creative license was involved.
