with the passing icon_cry.gif of Krantz and Dahinden the big four is now the big two,who will emerge as the next "main people"in BF investigations and research.Especially taking into account the web and media now available to us and everyone involved that wasn't available in the beginning years of research.possibilities:Dr.Bindernagle,B.Short,or will it be someone on the fringe who was not beforehand as well known?

Isn't it sad that those dedicated, hard-working men passed away before their fimly held belief in bigfoot could be "discovered" by science icon_cry.gif ? I have thought about that before.....they worked so hard....I wonder how long until bigfoot is "proven"? Surely those men must have thought it would happen long before this.....its very odd, and sad sad.gif .....wish they could have been here for the "discovery" if and when it happens.....

I agree I think one of the first BF books I read was on the track of by Green.Still In memoriam alot of them helped to inspire others so that the search will continue.

the ranks have truly been thinned of some of the older researchers. they will be missed. let us not forget bob titmus and wes sumerlin while we´re at it......
Ella
Jon, you already know our furry buddies are real as you've had sightings in your life of research. I'm so envious I could almost get a resentment. As to researchers to carry on the legacy, besides you, we have Chester Moore, Jr. in Texas--active all day, every day, scouring the Big Thicket. We have Craig Woolheater and the TBRC team. And in Arkansas, we have Arkansan and Rob Prevo. In the PNW, we have Manticore, who has dealt with them up close and personal and is always seeking. Somewhere, someday, someone will show them evidence they can't refuse. It'll happen when it's supposed to happen. Meanwhile, we wait....and hope. I wait and hope to see one. 8) biggrin.gif

Me too Ella, I have been close to one, heard one and also seen the dark outline of one, but I have never seen one to know exactly what it looks like, and even though I think it might just scare me to death, I would like to see one........
Ella
Well, at least you're in the right place to get a chance. Are you in Northwest Louisiana? Biggies abound there, according to what I heard in Conroe at Chester's conference. smile.gif
Arkansan
Northwest Louisiana is where I had all my encounters too Ella.

Yes I am in Nortwest Louisiana, and I think I might have found an area today that is very promising to maybe see one. Wish me luck!
Ella
Wish I could go there with you and see one or more! smile.gif
Ella
Arky, what do you MEAN by encounters? Are you saying you've SEEN a big furball in NW LA? PLEASE, PLEASE, tell us more! 8)
Arkansan
There is WAAAAY too much to post here Ella. But I am thinking about putting a webpage on my site that tells about my encounters in detail. When I get it up, I will let you know and you can go there and read about them. smile.gif
The reason for doing it this way is because lately I have had a lot of emails from individuals wanting to know about the encounters as well. It is just easier to tell it once and be done with it. I would be forever typing if I tried to type it up for everyone who asked me. smile.gif
Ella
I'll be waiting with bated breath, so don't forget to let me and everybody know! smile.gif
