I've lost mine, but need to lend someone over here a copy.

Does anyone have a copy of this 'book' they could lend me? An electronic copy would be ideal, but paper will do just fine.

I really, really don't want to spend good money on another copy.

You might try looking in a used book store. Maybe it can be had for cheaper than even mailing charges.

I would like to read this aswell (I'm a glutton for punishment)...so if an electronic copy is ever found i want in on that

If someone did put it on the net, would that be copyright infringement or break any laws? I suspect it would, but I am not an expert in these matters...
