The whens and wherefores (perhaps Sightings) of this are lost to the mists of time, but I vaguely recall a purported sasquatch video in which the filmmakers (two guys...again a pair of guys!) had what they believed to be the legendary creature in frame, hidden behind heavy foliage in a densely forested area. It didn't seem to be moving, and I, as a viewer of this film, couldn't make out what was supposed to be a face, but whatever it was, it was greatly affecting these amatuer videographers. They were cursing and crying in hushed tones to one another, half out of fear and half out of "we're frigging looking at the frigging sasquatch!" type adreneline. I believe one of them was holding back sobs. It was all very dramatic and struck a chord with me at the time. As for whatever happened to the two or their claim, and as for what it was they were looking at (like I said, I couldn't make out anything more conclusive than a dark patch that seemed more shadow-like and inanimate than anything, no matter how many times the Sightings(?) host would zoom in).......well.......any help is appreciated. If nothing else, I'd like to watch the video again and relive the goose-pimply sensation it brought me the first time I saw it.

I believe this is the video of which you speak. I remember that scene and I also remember looking at it again and again (sometime with my wife) all the while never seeing what it was that had them all worked up. I figured it was just me because the narrator doesn't ever comment on the fact that no one else can see the alleged creature either...

I thought by the title of this post you were going to bring up the stupid bell-shaped object thing supposedly seen in the Patterson film. But you didn't, so why am I even writing this?

Amen to that! I could make out the light reflecting off the eyes of whatever they were seeing but that's about all I was able to make out. Still, it was a freaky vid, IMHO.

I'm missing something. The supplied link is taking me to a site where I can order an A&E Mysteries Bigfoot documentary. Was this the intended link? Is the footage I mentioned featured on this Leonard Nimoy(!) narrarated production?
