Hi folks,

First time messing with the poll thing, so hope it works. I have heard several descriptions of what the big guys smell like, so was wondering what the most common classes of smell were.

Just occured to me this might be worth sorting out by region in case it's a local thing but dunno if the poll can do that... next time...

In one catolog diagram the bigfoot researcher on Sc-Fi Investigators said that bigfoot smells really, really bad.
Has he said it almost smells like a street bum's crouch who hasn't washed in about a year. :pinch:

Among gorillas, silverbacks give off what has been called a "fear smell". Fossey and Schaler both noted it. Schaller said he could tell when he was within 10 yards of a troop by the smell. It emanates from the armpits and is apparently quite similar to reported Sasquatch stench (when noted).

The most common description seems to be a mixture of feces and sweat.
