Here's a series of photos from "DitchDr" including one showing what is being interpreted as showing a sasquatch. I'm pasting the original photo along with a closeup and a comparison with "Patty." Other relalted photos are available at the GCBRO.

Looks like nothing to me. I'd like to check the original capture to see if this is just a blobquatch or deliberate mock up but the linked one here in this post is far too compressed to work on. Is that your blown up Patty comparrison or theirs?

No it's not. And without a full resolution file there's very little point in looking much into all those darks.

Your right! There is little point in looking into all the darks with out a full res, when you don't need full res. I saw this photo a few weeks ago. Look at the blow up frame in the GCBRO thread and follow the lines of lighter color you'll find that the mysterious blob squatch is composed of tree limbs and vines. The eye looks at the jumble of shapes and the brain tries to sort it out into something familiar. The term for that process is Pareidolia. Coincidentally it does favor Patty.......but after all they were on a squatch hunt.
I happen to know the story behind the photo and the investigation of the area. I think the guys were out there investigating was a legitament witness encounter but I hate to see this photo doing the tour around the forums.
* I did break out the red ink(and other colors :happy: ) to show you what I mean about the pic. Oh! You'll notice the face is the same color as alot of the limbs in the background.

I don't see it in the first picture, but I do see the comparison in the second picture.
