Oh no, Matt Moneymaker. Watch out! Here comes Daniel Perez and a possible future treatment in The Bigfootimes. Perez is telegraphing to the world that he’s interested in gathering stories that people have been telling online and privately for years about Moneymaker. As Perez posted on a public forum yesterday: "The more I hear about Moneymaker’s activities, the more I think he should be exposed for what he is."

Well, hopefully Daniel will ask some good questions.

For example, why would Matt identify himself to a local law enforcement agency as "Matt Edwards"? That's what he did when we were in Washington County and he was calling to inquire about having a sheriff's deputy act as an escort while we searched a fence line for possible hair samples along Interstate 10. (There was no hair found by the way, it was just fluff for the OLN Mysterious Encounters Florida show. I and another investigator had already searched that fence line weeks before and with no luck then either.) And for the record, I heard him say that with my own two ears after driving him back to the highway so he could get a signal on his cell phone.

Also, (and as a public service announcement to those still in the BFRO...fair warning!) why would Matt set up his email server so that anyone in the BFRO with an @bfro.net address would have all of their emails automatically blind courtesy copied to him? This, I also got first hand from Matt. He was bragging about it one night when we were talking on the phone.

Hmm...seems to me if Daniel digs deep enough he may be able to devote an entire issue of his newsletter to Matt and his BFRO. :new_whistle:

It's really a shame. Matt should step down now so the BFRO can repair itself. Looks like all of his shenanigans and BS has come back to his doorstep to roost.

Fortunately for Mr. Perez, there's no shortage of material about Moneymaker. He could read for days right here on the BFF. If Mr. Perez looks up Gregg Clay in Kentucky the sh*t will truly hit the BFRO fan. I kept virtually every internal e.mail Matt ever sent, but who'd take Matt's word for anything?

On the other side of the coin Matt's ego has always wanted people talking about him, even if it was bad. This should really trip his trigger.
