When I was a kid in the sixties it was a 10 minute walk to Lions Park at the edge of town. The projects is located right below the park which is up the hill a little ways. I was hanging out with a kid that was in my class for a short while. I ran into him at the grade school then we went up to the park to mess around on the swings and stuff. There was a girl playing up there from the projects that was in the class behind me. We messed around on the toys until we got bored then the 3 of us took a trail up the hill into the timber. With very little coaxing the kid talked the girl into dropping her shorts. I can't remember his name but I could with out a doubt tell you her first name and what she showed us that day.
I'll bet that we don't doubt that. The problems I see between the two is 1) We all
know what she showed you... some of us even have it... :new_whistle: ..... 2) You are not the admitted "researcher" for, (from their website) "The only
scientific research organization exploring the bigfoot / sasquatch mystery" ( my emphasis) who, by placing this on the site as an "A" sighting is endorsing this as reviewed, investigated, and, at least in part, verified. 3) The report is from 1955, not the 60's, with no idea of the age at the time of the incident. ( or if they were watching a scary movie) 4) You have, no doubt, seen what you saw that day, many times since  versus not ever again.
It could very well be a "real" encounter. I am just saying that, given the lag in time, lack of verifiable details, and the fact that it is dealing with a subject that is not "stipulated" as in accepted, ( as was your "eyewitness" incident ) it probably should not have appeared on the site. I thought there was a review process to catch these?
Hang in there, WC, I have faith that you will get a better report, at least in the future.... Until then, maybe you can hang out toward Polk county.... and maybe get your own.
