Um, thanks, but no thanks. After taking a quick tour, and reading this(about the "Thumping in Whitehall" stuff): "It's on our board. We can have an open minded discussion about it and thats the end of it." , I think I'll pass. The tone that is already being set there is very obvious. But good luck with it anyway!

DTK, I've read the thread regarding Whitehall on your site. I fail to see what the problem would be with it (??????). There is always room for a good forum.

Got curious to and looked back in history (The archives), and there was a thread here where there was some contraversy over it. I don\'t personally see what started the whole thing off but also don\'t see the point in rehashing it either.

I wasnt around then so I\'m gonna let sleeping dogs lye and all that.

Okay, I'm going to have to start a text file to keep track of all the boards I've joined, but I'm seriously interested in BF in the East because I'm biased toward the PNW and stuck in the 60's.

Nice looking board. From a design standpoint, it would be better to have the good-looking Sasquatch facing in rather than out to lead the eye to the center of the page, but that's all I remember from design class.

I like it. I may like it less when there are posts in the Skeptics Corner, but I think it's a nice touch to give them their own space.

I can understand that but having never having advanced beyond a not sure encounter myself, I like to enetertain ALL possibilities. Its nice to see that all opinions appear welcome. Hopefully time will prove that right. My 2 cents.

I tried to do the "e-mail" validation" thing, three times. It never came thru. Can you help me out here ???? (my server has an excellent spam protection, if thats the issue, there may be other avenues for re-validation).

A couple members have mentioned that they found the validation email in their junk mail folders. Do you mind checking yours if you have one? I talked to the admin, he says he has sent them all.

All validation should be taken care of now. Sorry for any problems.
