Hello fellow BFFer's,

Glad to say that the Official 2005 NESRA fall expedition was a success! Despite the rain and wind we overcame and had some interesting experiences to say the least. Whoops and howls were heard by attendees as well as some movement seen in the thick forest of the Adirondacks of NY. A detailed report will be posted soon on the NESRA website if anyone is interested.

Here is a link to a few of the pictures. More will be added soon.

Bill,

Just a small correction. The fall expedition was held in the Adirondacks of NY, near Lake George, not Winsted, CT. Ongoing investigations are taking place in Winsted, however. Thanks for your interest in NESRA's endeavors. We'll be sure to keep you and others posted as to our progress.

All my best to you and yours,

DTK

hi socaldave i totaly agree with your post the pictures of the adirondacks forests are wonderful for sasquatch creatures. i think david thomas king & other nesra researchers did a great job on the resent expedition. i hope they post more photos from the expedition such as possible sasquatch evidence that each nesra researcher found on the expedition. please keep me informed ok becouse the adirondacks mountains in upstate new york does have a great histery of sasquatch encounters. im sure sightings & footprints discoveries will probley there soon becouse the sasquatch creatures are looking for food resources to store for the winter months. my opinion. i hope nesra & sri and other researchers here do go up to the adirondacks for follow up investgations etc thanks bill smile.gif

I tried Kathy, but they didn't come out for some reason. I need a better recorder and microphone... a parabolic would do the trick I would think. We'll have some notes and some kind of report ready sometime soon. I'll keep you posted.

I lived in New Hampshire for a few years in the late 80's and worked in Merrimack. One day in October, I walked out of the building and just stood there, admiring the mountains and the GORGEOUS Fall colors. Co-workers had to step around me, and they couldnt understand and/or appreciate what I was staring at.

You dont know what you have until you lose it..... I miss those mountains VERY much. We dont even have "fall" in Oklahoma... it just kind of gets cold and then its suddenly winter.

Upstate NY is also a sight to behold at this time of year. I truly envy you folks out east <sniff>.

Our NESRA forum dosen't seem to host the pictures for more than a day. I guess we'll have to figure out how to post the pictures long term like you can here on the BFF. Until then, for those who would like to see them I'll post some here.

Poor beavers... new_whistle.gif
David Thomas King
DTK removes beaver blockage so water can flow out of the pond and the trucks can pass through.
David Thomas King
Hollywood checks the water lever as T. Lancaster uses a calculator to determine exactly how long it will take the water level to decrease enough for us to pass. His answer: 20 minutes. How long did it take? 20 minutes!
David Thomas King
Big Daddy crosses first. You can see where the beaver dam was to the right. And to the left, you can see where the water level was by looking at the small tree across the river from Hollywood.
