Went to one of my loctations yesterday and found some possable tracks. Small in size and one with toes, not sure if the one with toes is bear or not, it was the only one at that spot so nothing to really go off of. For the past 3 years at this time of year i have found small tracks in this location.

Edited to add "Springs" to the name of the thread.

The first two might be an overlap of bear prints. As the heel looks like it is going straight while the front looks like it may be going slightly off line, giving the appearence of two feet trying to occuply the same area. So I believe you are correct on the print being bear. The others I can not tell enough detail to give an openion.
Thank you again for being so prompt in posting your photos after taking them.

(I hope you bought your wife a new measuring tape for her sewing. Since I see you now have your old tape back)

i love the pictures. i just wanted to let you know something about the title of your thread. i know it is supposed to be short for sasquatch but the word squaw [not sure of the exact spelling]is a derogotory term for some native americans. in arizona we used to have several things named squaw -something. namely a mountian and freeway. they were changed to piastuia[sp] for lori piastuia the solder killed in the opening days of the laters iraq war. the name squaw was in the process of being taken off of stuff for its offensive nature. i know you didnt intend this but wanted to pass on the info. again great pics.

I use squaw because its the former name of the location squaw springs, its now called skyline camp. It was changed a couple of years back. I stick with squaw due to the bigfoot history in that location, people that are up on Walla Walla bigfoot would have a better understanding by using the old name. biggrin.gif

These are bear tracks, no doubt.
Here is an overlap of one of them, using a bear track from Michigan as a comparison.

forgot to add this one earlier, as photobucket(host site) was down.

This is an overlay of an established overstep, onto the first track. The shape is pretty much a direct match, again.
Still, thanks for putting them up for review!
