Blair, this picture has been discussed on here many times. If you do a search and use the words Coast to Coast, you should find the thread where it's been discussed.

I thought it was a recent photo posted in that Coast to Coast gallery.
Now that I think about it it seems I seen this clip from an old movie as well.
