Hi all
Has anyone been to see the fossilized track found ? Here is a link to it,
http://www.tracone.com/unexplained_article...county_2002.htm

If so can you tell us your impressions of it ?

I have hiked all over those mountains. There are many places, some marked by the park service, where the native tribes ground acorns. Over time they form those kind of impressions. It looks like someone was having a little fun and made a foot while grinding his acorns. Just my guess.

"... fossilized footprint, at least it looks like one, embedded in solid granite."

I am no paleontologist or geologist - but I do not think that granite and fossilized go together.

Yea I know about them Bipto. But I was wondering if anyone had ever went to see them as it has been a while from the last time it was talked about.
I have seen other reports of the same type of things in the past and nothing ever came of them also. even I believe it was Loren Coleman said something in one of his books about finding what could have been a print in stone. (It was beside a pond in I think "Across the dark Divide" )

Anyway it would be interesting to hear someones own words that had been there and seen it with their own eyes :-)
