That's pretty nasty looking.
Maybe next time you post something like that Tim, you could give a little header and warning so that it doesn't pop up in front of kids. I told them it was a ape with mange, but I doubt the image will leave their heads any time soon. This post has been edited by Redwolf: Nov 12 2009, 11:40 PM |

![]() Everybody tried so hard to throw bears faces on it that it ended up with two faces. One has an ear formed by background sticks and neither one have eye shine or look like a bears face up close. |

Not to mention everyone steers away from 20:32:05 because they can't explain it. I have yet to see the imaginary bear face drawn on that one. You are right about the eyeshine. Thats the number one thing I notice. It's very obvious and easy to see in the actual photos of the bear cubs, but the ones that everyone has drawn imaginary faces on, have ZERO eyeshine. Some will say it's there but it's not. Or they say that the "bear" had his eyes closed. I love to here that one. Has anyone ever even seen a trail camera photo in which an animal had it's eyes closed?? |

Then there's that so-called tail it's also claimed to be the left shoulder of a forward facing bear with the rear to the tree. The juvenile camp calls it genitals and has a picture that’s a little clearer than this one. It's still not clear enough to call it anything to me.

The left rear foot is that of a bear.

And this woman thinks it's a chimp, for a grand total of three different opinions. This post has been edited by 1Sean: Nov 13 2009, 06:14 PM |

The left rear foot is that of a bear. In that pic I will admit that the foot at that time does look like a bear's paw. BUT---AGAIN____ What about 20:32:05?? No one can explain how the "bear" looks like a monkey in that one. What exactly is the "bear" doing in that photo? I have seen the explanations for the other pics-----but not that one. |

It is pretty hard to explain that one, this was the best body/terrain overlay match up I've seen. It's not a Sasquatch to Sasquatch comparison but it was something from the primate family. [attachment=33548:ape.jpg] Let me try that picture again I'm new at this. I guess if you want to see it you have to click the little arrow, strange. I wonder what it would be like if the tables were turned and we were accustomed to seeing an abundance of Sasquatch, or bears were thought to be nonexistent by most. Would our interpretations of these photos change?

Would our interpretations of these photos change? Interesting question, but....... bears are proven, sassy no. I don't like playing the "what if..." game. |

Very true, it probably wouldn't have been questioned by anyone though.
